Technician David Medina Jr. was the tech that came out to my place on a Saturday to fix a problem that was caused by the installers not hooking up one of the nest thermometers wires for the heater but David came out and was extremely respectful and was willing to fix any problems he saw, he fixed the problem and now we won’t have a cold winter thanks to him
