We had the unfortunate situation of our HVAC go out over the weekend of 4th of July. Rogue Valley Heating and Air answered our call on a holiday weekend, and were able to get a technician to come out to our house by the following Monday. Jordan Vasquez was our technician, he was kind, professional, and got our unit up and running in less than an hour (it was over 85 degrees in our house). We are so grateful to be cooling down as we speak. We’ll definitely call them again if needed!
***Adding and updating as of July 15th - We did need a 2nd visit for diagnostic and repair. Joey Wilson came out this time, and was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely professional and worked very quickly. Even though he had to drive into Medford to get a part, he was still finished extremely fast. Thanks again!
