Rusty did a stellar job on my HVAC repair. He was able to diagnose, source parts, and return for a repair all within 3 days. Rapid, high quality, safe work. Priced were fair, and the company was able to work with the warranty. He provided high quality teaching regarding safety and system maintenance, and advised me on further service needs. Rusty is an asset to the team and I will be directing all future business to this shop.

Dominque was very knowledgable about our heating system. She was prompt, way polite, and very professional. She gave us the service and information we needed plus she has a really cute haircut!

David did an excellent job in cleaning and servicing our heat pump system. He was very thorough in explaining what he cleaned, and the current conditon of the different heat pump components. He also explained the various test results he conducted along with photos of the test results. He answered all my questions, and I highly recommend David.

Rusty Baxter, wow!! He is super outgoing and respectful. He maintained my heat pump and found a issue with the defrost sensor. Installers Alex, Daniel and Austin have restored my faith in a “respectable work ethic.” First they had me show them placement areas for new equipment, crawl space to the attic and old oil furnace to be removed. The team moved furniture (moved back when finishing), laid drop cloths and gave my dog some attention. They were courteous and efficient!! I would definitely recommend RV Heating, Cooling and Electrical. NOTE…Tyler,who sold me the unit, stopped by to chat and see if I had any other questions.

Your technician Jay was most thorough. He pointed out a couple things to our attention. We recently had a new roof installed and the roof exhaust flue had come loose at the furnace. Jay was able to reconnect and secure it. He also found a capacitor not secured properly, which he strapped it properly as well. Both of these items were safety issues and could cause problems later on. He found our HVAC system to be the original ones and about 22 yrs old and explained they are working well now but old and may need replacement at some point.
When we do need a new system we definitely will consider Rogue Valley.

Luke was nice respectful of my surroundings, and understanding how important this heat was all-around good guy, honest I was really impressed and I know he’ll be back in the near future

09/20/2024: Rusty Baxter came out for our 1 year checkup. Tested the systems and cleaned up the outside unit coils. Great Guy ! Enjoyed meeting Him and chatting.

3/13/2025: Once again, Rusty came out for the pre-Summer checkup. Cleaned up, checked the systems, and provided excellent service. Great Guy, we felt very confident in his inspections and maintenance performed. A pleasure to chat with also 🙂 We'll be requesting that Rusty be added to our account as the preferred service tech.

Monday morning Ryan arrived at our home to diagnose our old unit not operating properly. We learned due to the age of the unit (2002), and being an off shoot brand of Lennox which is no longer made, the likelihood of finding replacement parts along with future part failure possibility, moved us to hear what our options were on a new system. We signed up for the yearly maintenance plan which saved us on the new equipment we were going to purchase.
Tyler, the design specialist called within minutes and came out about 3 1/2 hrs later. He performed a thorough review of our needs, provided 3 options and we chose a great package that suited our family. Alex and Daniel arrived Wed morning, 2 days later, and worked until 8pm seeing the job to completion. Alex and Daniel are topnotch in their skills, mannerisms and follow through including showing us how to use the smart thermostat. It has been 24hrs since install and we are warm, toasty and cozy. And I will add, it rained all day on Alex and Daniel as they worked diligently and never let up on their efforts. Well done to you all!

I just had my heat pump looked at for the yearly service. David gave me a lot of helpful information. He told me of some items I should have, but don't. I will be getting those next time. He also is helping me save money with things I don't need and setting things differently on my thermostat.
I'll be seeing them more than just once a year. He was very kind, helpful, knowledgeable and down to earth. Easy to talk to.

Dominique and the crew have been great to work with. She was professional and cared about what she was doing. She did great explaining the situation and status of our HVAC unit.

Installers David on the heat pump and Daniel and Alex on the furnace did a great job. They were thoughtful, caring, efficient and thorough. From start to finish they showed integrity and professionalism. The care they showed was like this was their own home.
