I am so happy with the service i received today. I had called yesterday. Clair got me an appointment the very next day! He came out just when he said he would and fixed the problem. He was so nice and polite. I had dead rodents in there! I feel really bad about that! I will make sure to let others know! I was really impressed! Thanks again.

Our gas furnace went out and Rogue Valley Heating and Air were able to come out right away. They assessed the issue and gave us options. Within 3 days we had a new furnace installed! The whole process was incredibly seamless. They were very professional, knowledgeable and the customer service was top notch. It is very rare to receive consistent and amazing customer service every step of the way. From first calling Rogue Valley and making the appointment to then meeting our first technician David, who assessed the problem right away, to our interaction with Paxton and Tyler, who made us feel so comfortable and answered all our questions when deciding which options would work best for us budget wise and what our home needs would be. And then to meeting the installation crew. Alex, Daniel and Ty were wonderful! Hard working and went above and beyond in making sure everything was perfect before leaving the house. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the service and care we received. I highly recommend calling Rogue Valley Heating and Air with any issues or questions on your heating and cooling needs.

Technician Luke was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to explain the condition of my 21 year old gas furnace to me in a way a “non hvac” person could understand and provide realistic/practical options/solutions.

James fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He was very thorough and detailed about things we need to look out for with our aging furnace. Reasonably priced and fast service.

Yes, I’ll get them a good review. They did it just right. I have one little flaw. I have to call up Brett tomorrow. He forgot to put a Y in in the office space I will call him up tomorrow and then I’ll give him another review. We’ll see how he does so far so good.

We called Rogue Valley heating and air and they were very attentive when our heat went out December. Very cold here in Oregon and Brett was very was great to work with Alex come put the unit in the next day. It took him all day long. He worked very hard Alex B thumbs up. Love you guys for all you done.

Alex and Daniel got here exactly at 8 am! We had a tough case with some surprises but they handled it like pros. They were kind and considerate of our dogs, kids, and home. We’re so glad we called them, we would highly recommend them to everyone, and will continue to use their services for any future needs.

They did a amazing job, they got everything done very fast , they had to do some minor upgrades , but everything worked good , they changed the thermos , thermostat, rewiring electrical, , they were so fast . I made the deal last night , and they came in the following morning, at the break of day , ice plus freezing weather and started the change immediately, I was very impressed,, Tony and his crew were quick on the responsive , then they the unit was put it so fast .. highly recommend them to others

Professional, courteous, and very accommodating to keeping the household running while working.The response time was beyond expectations. We had the furnace go out on Thanksgiving, and they showed up on the holiday to help.

Wouldn’t you know it that I woke to no heat on a Saturday with the outside temperature in the 20’s and inside temperature of 57 degrees. Called in the morning and Jay came out in the afternoon and was able to diagnose the problem and installed a new igniter on my furnace and adjust the thermostat so that the dual heat switched on at 45 degrees instead of 30 degrees. Warm satisfied customer.

They came on Thanksgiving, the only place that answered by the way, quickly diagnosed the problem, and got us set up with next steps to fix the problem on the spot. Unfortunately, we couldn't fix it, so he got me scheduled for assessing the replacement the very next day. Super friendly, helpful, and available, I definitely would recommend!

Jace, Angel and Tyler have done a great job installing our new system. They are all very friendly and professional. They worked until the job was done. We highly recommend them. We had a couple of problems with the installation that showed up and they were taken care of Quickly. After Explaining the problem to Cody he knew how to fix it.

The installation crew from Rogue Valley Heating and Air was exceptional today. They were friendly, knowledgeable and spent time going over everything with us. We had a new mini split put in our family room, the old baseboard heater removed and light added above our pool table. Highly recommended.
