Mario was on site when he said he would be there. He was very thorough in his efforts to diagnose the problem with my heat pump and to provide potential solutions for the same. Ultimately, after determining that the unit was at the end of its life, he contact his office and was able to provide me with several bids to replace the unit. Mario was very personable and respectful, and I enjoyed our interaction during this process very much.

Matthew is the best he went above and beyond to make sure our units are operating correctly..Very courteous and professional at all times..

Joe was en extreme pro. Very thorough, and knowledgeable. Pleasure having him help us out.

Mario did a fantastic job. He was professional, hardworking, courteous, and straightforward. He stayed late to help me with my bathroom exhaust fan and ended up making several more helpful observations and recommendations for my household. I would be happy to have him come back again. I highly recommend.

We had a routine inspection, cleaning,and tune up scheduled. Mario immediately determined something was not right with the furnace and further determined it was leaking co2 into the attic space and was running hot to the touch. Apossi le fire hazard. He did good job of breaking the news to us but more importantly may of saved us from a sleep from which we would never wake up. Thank you Mario, chalk it us to a possible life saving inspection.

Joey knew a lot about mechanical systems and shared his knowledge with us to get our system running sweet again.

Ben came today and did our maintenance check for our heating system. He was totally professional and polite. Everything checked out and he was in and out in good time!
We have had Rogue Valley Heating, Cooling & Electrical for over 20 years and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Service good but time for appointment was 11 and he did not arrive until 3. Both the office and he notified me of delay and thankfully I had no other plans. Hire more techs.

Jordan is an awesome tech. He showed up on time. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and maintained a professional attitude the entire time he was here. He was able to quickly verify a small leak at one of the line fittings and was able to vacuum and recharge our mini split system on the same day. Our house is much more comfortable, now that we have a working heat source. I would definitely recommend Rogue Valley Heating and Air to anyone.

Rusty Baxter went above and beyond today for our maintenance service! He explained every detail in such a professional manner and answered every question I had in a way I could understand. Such a breath of fresh air to have a technician like Rusty help us with the process of getting a new system put in place, I couldn’t have had a better experience. His communication was so thorough and made me feel confident in taking the steps to get our 31 yr old system replaced. What stood out most was his kindness and hospitality, it really made the difficult situation to replace an entire system much easier and less stressful on us. If you get a maintenance service done with this company I would 100% recommend asking for Rusty- you will not be disappointed and he will go above for you and your homes HVAC system.

Mario came out on his own time today and dialed in my new Heat Pump to make sure it was running at maximum efficiency after I got my Electric bill. These guys are the bomb baby, and are my go to company as long as I live in the rouge valley

I would like to request service tech David Medina for all of my annual inspections and any repairs when needed. Not only does he have a high level of professionalism he takes the time to explain what is being done and how to keep our system from problems.

I had a regular maintenance appointment. Ryan was professional even with giving me bad news. I have a small leak that requires a replacement part. Parts are on order and will be repaired soonest. Got to admit all Rogue Valley Heating and Cooling employees I have had interaction with are courteous - the main thing I trust them to do good work and in my home.
