We were out of State when we had an electrical problem with our main service panel. Our tech responded quickly and informed us of everything that they had observed as it related to our problem. Very pleased with the temporary repair and quote for a full panel replacement.
UPDATE! RVHC&E techs (Matt & Gabe) came out to install the new panel, but after they inspected the panel again, they felt that they could “repair” the panel. They performed the repair and then had the inspector come out to assure compliance. The inspector signed off immediately on the repair. This literally saved us thousands of dollars! It’s so rare anymore for a business to actually put the customer ahead of profits. I couldn’t be more happy with the techs and the company overall. If I could more stars, id say they earned a dozen of them!!
