Jayce and his partner did an excellent job diagnosing and cleaning our gas fireplace. Joyce called to let me know he was on his way and was in the time frame he scheduled to come out to our house. Would definitely recommend him and RHCE company again.

Jordan did a fantastic job, the system is working very well. I really appreciate the no nonsense approach in getting the work done right the first time. Thank you also to Quincy for coming out at short notice and giving me quotes for potential future service.

Had an issue with my gas fireplace and they sent over a technician same day. Cody got the issue fixed immediately, and even gave some good information on how these particular systems work. Very personable, knowledgeable, and overall professional.

Two days later Tony, Daniel, and Kyle were at my home replacing my gas heater, air conditioner, and adopting some duck work for the new system. They worked long and hard to get the job done. They were pleasant and professional. They did their job with little interference in my schedule. They were neat and protected my furniture from debris. They neatly cleaned up when finished and stayed until they got my system working.

The next evening Mario arrived and stayed until he got the system functioning correctly.
I would highly recommend Rogue Valley Heating for services. They will stand by their products and technicians to get your equipment installed and functioning correctly..

Justin and Matt called, upon arrival. They provided regular maintenance and installed a Reme Halo and filter rack, at my request. No more getting on a ladder to replace inside ceiling filters! They were knowledgeable and respectful.

July of 2024 was my first experience with this company and they were amazing(still are).The technician was fantastic, paxton was fantastic figuring out what was the issue, and promptly fixed it. I had a maintenance service done on separate units a couple weeks later, he was able to offer some good tips, and explained what to expect with the units(they are very old). Highly recommend company and paxton as a technician.
***Update: 5-23-25 had electrician Matt do some electrical work, he was quick, efficient, very knowledgeable,
and was able to get it done in a timely manner. This company has some really great people that keep this company going, and thriving. For heating, cooling, and electrical needs this company is great! ***

First Codey Shafer came out within 3 hours of my call, he diagnosed a serious problem and even changed my smoke alarm battery. Then Craig Parnell came that same day and helped me chose a new system, which was professionally installed by the team of Tony, Kyle and Alex P. on Monday, Oct.27th. This is a wonderful company who treats seniors with respect and kindness. Beverly in Canyonville.

It had been five years since I moved into my place and needed maintenance done on my heating and air conditioning systems so Matthew came out and arrived a little bit early, which was great

Better early than late

Matt and Mark went through my whole system and cleaned my unit out in the backyard and my hallway unit. They got that all cleaned and put a new filter in, which I needed!

My price was great, and both of them were very nice with professional attitudes . Many of my coworkers have used Rogue Valley and so I’m glad I made the call.

Very pleased with new heat pump. Tony and Kyle were very professional. Explained everything I needed to know about my heat pump unit. Good to know if heat pump malfunctions, Rogue Valley heating, cooling and electric will back me up.

Ben was our tech today, we did an annual check up on both our units before the summer heat. We appreciate his help with our Concerns of our new unit holding temperature and his professionalism in making sure we are in good shape. Great group to work with.

Jayce was very professional, on time/actually early, clean, friendly, answered all my questions, and explained all my options for my system. I would highly recommend RVHCE for any maintenance or service you might need.

Jayce was awesome! He checked my heater for a CO2 leak quickly and efficiently. Turns out my detector is out dated. He was friendly and knowledgeable about possible upgrades without being pushy which I totally appreciated. I will continue to use Rogue Valley Heating, Cooling and Electric services as needed.

Great service from Jayce at rogue valley heating and air today. I have newly built house and had a different company do the HVAC installation. We have had problems with air flow and the previous company did not have any regular maintenance plan. I called rogue valley and Jayce was awesome! He cleaned our unit and did an inspection on our entire system and explained everything he found. Super impressed and will be using them from now on for all of our heating and air needs!

Mario Audelo did a fantastic job. I had requested someone else and called to complain, I was wrong, which has become a habit with age. Mario was well versed in heat pumps. He is welcome anytime.

Very impressed with the knowledge and service Justin brought to our HVAC checkup. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do and things to keep an eye on for future preventative maintenance. He found some unstrapped duct lines, and even though it was the end of his day, he offered to suit up and spend time in the crawlspace resolving the issue. We exclusively use Rogue Valley Heating for our HVAC service.

I had a problem and they jumped in right away to help. I was also under a time crunch! Everyone I spoke to was professional and easy to work with. I would use them again any time!

They cleaned out the dust from our unit, deep c leaned our air conditioning unit outside, and made sure everything was ready for us for winter!
