David Medina, Rogue Valley Heating, Cooling, & Electrical, came out on time and was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He completed an annual maintenance on my system and repaired my improperly installed ducting the same day.

Our service technician was very courteous and professional. We were so impressed we signed up for their annual inspection service.

My AC from my heat pump was not working. I called for an appointment and Rogue Valley was able to get to me the same day. Ryan worked on the unit, found that electricity was not getting to the unit. Ryan quickly repaired what needed to be fixed. He was fast and knowledgeable. Very happy with Ryan and Rogue Valley.

Working with Rogue Valley heating and air makes me feel like I’ve traveled back in time to where a handshake could seal a deal and you are treated like family.

I’ve used RVHA 2x and I couldn’t be happier. We had a house loose AC last summer during the 102 degree heat wave and they were out and doing the work faster than you could say “BOO.”

I also used them to save me this winter at my office. There were a few additional repairs I needed and I didn’t ever feel nickel and dimed. They came out for follow up and treated me very fairly.

I would recommend this company to anyone that wants quality, fast, professional service.

After having problems with our Daikin mini split, Rougue Valley was quick to get out to us in a rural location. Justin C was super helpful and very thorough in his work. He gave us lots of pointers on how to better our system. Overall great experience!

Joey came out and did a thorough assessment of our older system before starting any work. He explained its condition and a few issues that will need to be addressed. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional and explained what he was doing and why. Sometimes contractors don't take the time to explain what they're doing so the customer feels ignorant about what's being done. Joey did a great job of explaining so I know my system was serviced professionally. I was very impressed and signed up for their maintenance program.

The service I received was stellar. David, Victor, Ty and Marcus were all uber professional, knowledgeable, fast and informative. They removed a furnace, heat pump and much more, and replaced it with education for me on how to use it, in less than 8 hours. I can’t thank them and the company enough, for again, providing outstanding service. I wish all businesses were as professional and customer oriented as this business. This was our first time with this company. We’ve just moved into a house and knew the ac was original to the home so we wanted to evaluate it right off the bat. Justin, our technician was very friendly and polite. He answered all our questions throughly and spent a considerable amount of time assessing our old ac unit. He went through all the care and package options available to us. We are happy with our choice with Rogue Valley Heating and Air.

Had the electrician come out to separate out garage fridge and freezer to their own circuits separate from the garage. They did it in less than 2 hours the same day we called them for the quote and they charged a very reasonable fee for the service. Very happy with the service and results.

Noticed moisture under one of my heat pump heads. Upon closer inspection found moisture damage to ceiling walls and floor. Called Rouge Valley Heating and Air for service. The hey were able to get a tech out to my home the next day. Ryan showed up and diagnosed the problem right away. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant and explained everything clearly and showed us images he took of the affected areas. He also showed us the part that had malfunctioned and the reason for the malfunction. I highly recommend this company and am grateful to Ryan for his professionalism and kindness.

My first experience with Rogue Valley Heating & Air was a very positive one. We discovered an HVAC problem late in the day and assumed we would have to wait a day or more for service. Instead, a technician (Codey) came out same day and was able to diagnose and fix our problem quickly. Codey was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I definitely plan to use Rogue Valley H&A for our future HVAC maintenance.

Justin did an outstanding job for us and our AC is now working fine. He did a great job of explaining everything he was doing. We also purchased the maintenance plan and would like Justin to do the semi-annual inspections. Thank you for your prompt service. Justin is a "super-star".

The technician David was very friendly, explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. He invited questions and made sure I understood what was going on with my system. He spent the time to throughly inspect and diagnose my issue; thankfully only having to adjust some things rather than jumping to costly repairs.
He did have some suggested maintenance that sounded reasonable, but I didn't feel pressured at all, giving me time to think before scheduling.
I would highly recommend this company.

Jayce came in and worked great. He ACTUALLY figured out what was wrong with out system. Gave recommendations on things and gave us our total of our labor since parts are under warranty. He will come back and work on our system once part is placed. Thank you very much.

Prompt customer service, called on the weekend to get service Monday and got a call back an hour later to see what my problem was and asked if I needed an emergency technician call or if I could wait till Monday for a call back.
Got a call back Monday morning and scheduled for the next day.
Rusty was very knowledgeable and thorough technician. Found our problem and showed pics of it. Unfortunately our HVAC system is died of old age after 17 years. 😮‍💨
Austin came and explained our options and costs on different HVAC unit along with the difference between the units and available financing and rebates. Purchased a new Carrier HVAC system which was installed the next day.
Once again installation crew Tony, Angel and Marcus promptly showed up on time, did a great install. Cleaned up, explained how the new system worked. 👍

Justin Hadley came to my house to do a maintenance on my heating and cooling. He did a great job. He was kind and professional. He let me know that in the future I may need to repair some items. However my unit is 36 years old in a 33 year old house. So more likely be a replace. He did tell me my unit was working great for its age and suggested I let it run its life, to just keep maintaining it yearly. Thanks Justin!!!

David was awesome! Very nice and professional! I had been without ac for a few days and he got my system running again in a matter of minutes and educated me about the issue and suggested a surge protector to prevent future issues and damages and got it all done surprisingly quick and performed quality work. Now my family and I are nice and cool and don't have to worry about future problems staying cool! Thanks David I would definitely recommend him to anyone having issues.
