Great service. For several years they have been servicing the heating and air conditioning in my homes. The system has been starting to limp along and was given a great quote for a new one. So very happy with new one and price was great. The fellas who installed were great and cleaned up the area before they left. I highly recommend this company.

Our technician, Rusty Baxter, did a phenomenal job. His attention to detail and knowledge of our system has given me a peace of mind, knowing that we are in good hands. He not only had a great working knowledge, but was also personable and I enjoyed having him work in my home. When he was all done he cleaned everything up and made it look better than how he found it. I couldn’t be happier with the service we got!

Ryan the technician, was knowledgeable and efficient and thoroughly checked both heat pumps, ducts and returns. He changed my 3 filters for me. He explained his work and findings very clearly. I'm always impressed with the quality of service I receive from RVH&A. I signed up for the next years service in advance.

I recently had a new Carrier heat pump system installed in my home. The installers Silas and Austin were great and their customer service is over the top. They explained everything step by step. Matt the electrician did a super job too including installing a outdoor GFCI outlet. I highly recommend Rouge Valley Heating Cooling and Electrical.

Checked everything before winter and found I needed new capasitator and it was replaced. Ready for the year ahead!

Rusty and his apprentice were very professional, explained things in layman terms that could be understood. They were personable and conversationally engaging. I just had my annual HVAC maintenance checkup by Rogue Valley, and I am so pleased with their service. I had THE BEST TECHS, Ben and Shane!! They arrived on time, were friendly, experienced, and spent time to inspect, thoroughly clean, and replace bad parts. Ben also made suggestions for an air filter that can help my allergies. That was very helpful. I ended up financing and Ben handled the whole process efficiently. All the techs here have been great, but Ben and Shane were exceptional! Great job! Thank you for your great customer service.

James Parker was a fantastic gentleman to work with; who designed a plan for replacing our defective heating and air conditioning unit.
On Sept 12th of 2025, there were 2-gentlemen who removed the old air/heating unit. These two gentlemen then installed our new heating & air conditioning units. These men did an outstanding job and we want to compliment them on their hard work and working well together.

Their high quality workmanship was above and beyond the standard employees. Your Company & employees have been excellent.

My experience with Rogue Valley Heating and Air is one of awe between the attention to detail and the vast knowledge of both of my heating and air conditioning units was impressive. I feel fully confident in my trust of the team that came to my house for the annual inspection of two units which took almost 3 hours! Highly recommend!

Wow! My air conditioning unit quit working last night and went on Rogue Valley’s website where I found I could schedule an appointment for the following morning. The office called first thing in the morning and within a half hour Dominique and James arrived at my home. As a retired general contractor, I know how hard it is to find good people and Dominique and James were absolutely amazing. They fixed the problem and were completed by 9 am! The pricing was more than fair and they have a service program that I purchased to assure my system continues to operate efficiently. I highly recommend Rogue Valley Heating and Air!

Follow up 2/13/2025. I utilized the service program I purchased earlier and they scheduled an appointment within a couple of days. Ben arrived on time and did a thorough review of our heating system along with replacing our filters and cleaning of the unit. Ben notice that the gas pressure was a bit low and adjusted it for better performance and replace an aging capacitor. As before excellent service and professional staff.

Follow up 9/10/2025. Got my second service through the service program I purchased about a year ago. Mario provided excellent service and was a pleasure to have him in our home. I like the service program as well as the customer service provided in the past so I renewed for another year.

As always, very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable service. I'm a repeat customer, getting checkups before each cooling and heating season. A couple of repairs and minor reconfigurations were recommended, and the technician explained them clearly so I could decide which options to take. The equipment continues to run great, which was great news considering the constant AC needed this hot summer.

She arrived about 9:50 am, I showed her where every thing was located went back in the house and finished making breakfast. Told her I’d she needed to come in just knock on the garage door and walk in. She brought a latter in and changed the filter after checking the heat pump and heat exchanger then showed me on hear tablet what she did, had me sign the receipt. We talked for a few minutes and left very pleasant young lady.

Rusty was polite and an expert at his trade. Ww were very pleased with his workmanship. Explained everything to us that we needed to know. He went above and beyond.

Ben was very very helpful, explaining how my heat pump works and showing me what he was doing. He got my old unit up and running and gave great advice for keeping it that way. In a nutshell he was fast, efficient, and knowledgeable not to mention an all round nice person.

We could not be more pleased with this wonderful company! Not only did two of their workers come to our aid on a hot Friday night when our air conditioning quit working, but they were cordial, professional, and could repair the problem even though it was an older unit, at an extremely fair price. We could not more highly recommend them!

Now, It's two years later and the predicted demise of our heat pump has finally happened, as was voiced by Rogue Heating and Air conditioning, So we had them give us a price and install a new unit.
We are very pleased with it and with one of the installers whose name is Silas. His attention to detail concerning our house and restoring it to its previously clean and arranged condition was exemplary!
We had several birds in the house during the failure of the AC and we were concerned about them because the heat was rising rapidly.
After installation of the AC, the cooling was taking several hours to even begin to make a dent in the heat o the house, and we were concerned about the animals, as well as whether the unit was actually fully functional.
When my wife voiced these concerns, the installer, Tony, seemed to dismiss our questions and headed for the door and his truck. We tried twice more to get some reassurance from Tony before he left, but it seemed that our concerns fell on deaf ears.
We would think, because of the thousands of dollars we were paying for this unit, that we would at least be reassured that we could call the after hours phonenumber and get help if the heat in our home did not dissipate.
With the exception of Tony's attitude, we could not be more pleased with the results of both the work and function of this unit!

After calling several H&AC companies with zero availabilities, we found Rogue Valley H&AC. Our unit just stopped in the middle of the one hottest days and our house was an unbearable 82*. We called them the next morning and they were able to have someone out to help us the same afternoon. They did a complete diagnostic inspection. They had it all up and running within minutes. Great Service Techs Jayce & Jordon. They both were very knowledgeable and informative. They both know their job well. Very courteous and friendly. The Maintenance Plan was offered with no pressure sales. We highly recommend Rogue Valley H&AC .

Ben showed up and he's never been to our house before so I was very excited when he treated us with respect because we're seniors and my husband has dementia Alzheimer's and is a little bit different to get used to he was so professional that I really really wanted to give him a hug but I didn't I shook his hand anything he showed me he explained 100% to where I could understand with no problem he was showing me where I was having problem at the inside unit the outside was doing good and we've decided to have somebody come out and give me some quotes tomorrow morning between 10:00 and 11:00 and I know he's a professional cuz he's been here before and worked with me before on a payment plan I hope it's not too bad to work I can afford it just so you know I really appreciate it Ben he was just unbelievable the way he treated us I'm not used to that in my everyday life I want to thank you again and bless you all Jackie

Rusty and Shane were awesome. They diagnosed the issue, clearly explained the problem and fixed it all in about an hour. They offered reasonably priced services and options to keep my AC running efficiently. I would work with Rogue Valley Heating, Cooling and Electrical again.

Will definitely be using this company again. Blake and Justa were our technicians, they were awesome and took the time to get the needed part and finish installing it all on the same day. They also took the time to not only fix the broken part of our AC unit, but updated it to make it easier to repair in the future if needed.

It was a hot day in Medford Oregon and the AC in our house just quit. We needed to have it repaired ASAP and so we made a few calls. We found Rogue Valley Heating, Cooling, & Electrical and they had an appointment available that morning. Their technician Taylor called to say he was on the way and arrived at the agreed time. He was able to diagnose the problem as the fan motor in the AC unit. Taylor had the motor on his truck and he and his assistant Shane made quick work on the repair. I can't praise highly enough the crew that came in and got my upstairs heat pump replaced efficiently and professionally! It's sometimes a challenge having workmen in and out of the house all day long. But Alex, Daniel, and Ty were respectful, quiet, and they hustled--each with his own area of expertise.
