UPDATE: Just got our whole house surge protector from Rogue Valley Heating Air & Electric. Vincent called first thing this morning to confirm the appointment. I always appreciate the gesture. He showed up on time, in good spirits, and got straight to work. Not surprisingly, we were done before I knew it. But I was a bit shocked anyways. He made sure to show us where the unit was located on the electric panel and how to monitor its function. No more concern about power company supply issues. We can rest easy now. Thanks Vincent. And thanks to Liane for getting us scheduled earlier than planned. She kept us on the cancellation list and stayed in touch with regular updates. Great team. Great job. Great feeling.

PRIOR: Had our five year old HVAC system inspected by Rogue Valley Heating Air & Electric. They put us on the books with Taylor. He was ahead of schedule and asked if he could drop by early. Worked out great since we were able to get it done by early afternoon. He spent a good deal of time performing a thorough examination of all system components. Tarps were thrown down to protect the floor under our attic access. And he wore shoe covers as an added measure. A discussion of all findings assured us that everything was in good condition. Taylor is patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Amazing value on the service call. Recommend highly and will use again for periodic maintenance.

Very happy to have found Rogue Valley Heating to do the repairs on our furnace.
We have an older unit and it kept firing up several times without maintaining heat.
Everyone at Rogue Valley Heating are super nice, from the ladies who answer the phone to the technician who came in to do the repairs.
Our technician Jordan was very thorough. He explained what was going on with our unit. He showed and explained to us the parts that needed to be replaced. He cleaned the furnace so well that it looked like a brand new unit. After repairs were done, Jordan made sure the furnace was working properly, testing it out several times before he left.
We are extremely happy with the job they did. Everything went so smoothly. I highly recommend this company!

What a great and very professional team I had. I was told in one day, they would remove my old heater pump and replace it with a new one. Big step for me!

Mario A. was incredible. Our heat kept shutting off overnight during these cold nights, and with one service call and prompt response, he was able to diagnose quickly, provide temporary relief until after the weekend, and give us a quote for multiple options to replace our incredibly outdated system. He was courteous and kind, providing a sigh of relief to two parents of a young child. Thank you!!

Ben the Maintenance Tech was a great representative of the company. He did a thorough job with a great attitude. He explained the HVAC system to us and also explained why we need to keep our vents in all rooms open. Great Customer Service!

He did a maintenance check on our heating and cooling system and explained every detail of what he found in his assessment of our system. He was very patient in answering all of my questions. After completing a very thorough job with the system, he did an excellent job explaining its current condition and how to maintain it. Taylor rocks!

Brian did a great job! He exxplained what he was doing and why in terms I could understand. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He even called the office to verify some things other people had told me.

We couldn’t be happier with our Courier heating and air cooling system, great company to have our backs when needed, and the maintenance has been top notch, we just now had Matthew Romaine as our check up technician, and plan to keep him as our regular preferred technician guy, he knows his job as well as suggesting improvements that can help better our home comfort, finding professionals today that can be trusted is a luxury and gift, we feel Rogue Heating and Air can be trusted and counted on, no one can ask more than this

Quick and perfeshional service. Leslie was very knowledgeable and happy to explain issues we were having with hvac system. He was able to make necessary adjustments and reset system. Had it back working like it should in a very short time. Thanks

I was really impressed with the included service check on my 1yr old furnace. Totally expected to be sold filters or something but they have a detailed test suite and sent detailed results directly after. Great for piece of mind on the investment

Many thanks to the folks in Customer Service at Rogue Valley Heating, Cooling & Electrical this morning. I had to replace the batteries in my wall thermostat and the program did not return after replacement. They worked with me on the phone and when that did not bring back the program they arranged for a technician to get to my house within 30 minutes. A very caring company!

Updated review 1/22/26: Still would give the team at this company 5 stars! Just wanted to specify that the installation team (Tony, Ty, and Miles) were absolutely wonderful and quick at swapping out our system. They also took the extra time to clean up the space in our attic and make everything look tidy. Tony was great at communicating updates throughout the day and gave me a thorough walk through of how to use our new thermostat. Also wanted to include that Craig made the purchasing process super easy and he clearly communicated all of our options when we were looking for a replacement system. This company is respectful and trustworthy, and I am glad we went with them for our HVAC needs!

Joey W. was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient at looking at and cleaning up our system. We originally had him out for a maintenance check (first time since buying our home), and he was able to identify issues he was seeing with our unit and made recommendations. He also documented everything he saw with before-and-afters of all the work he performed in cleaning up our unit. He went the extra step and got us set up with someone else at Rogue Valley Heating and Cooling same day to provide us with a replacement quote since our system was end of life. We look forward to working with Joey and his team in the future as we trust their professionalism and helpfulness!

A highly skilled technicians executed an exceptionally detailed task. Both austin and dylan were able to complete aoverhaul for my furnace. They spend all day working to install, making sure that we could have within our home. Greatly appreciate the work they did

Ben did a great job cleaning my two ductless units today. My units are manufactured by Senville, and they are taken apart differently than more common manufacturers in this area. Ben was able to figure it out, and he took the initiative to use my pressure washer to get things extra clean. I’ll make sure to have my portable pressure washer handy every time Rogue Valley Heating, Cooling, and Electrical comes out 👍
