After calling several H&AC companies with zero availabilities, we found Rogue Valley H&AC. Our unit just stopped in the middle of the one hottest days and our house was an unbearable 82*. We called them the next morning and they were able to have someone out to help us the same afternoon. They did a complete diagnostic inspection. They had it all up and running within minutes. Great Service Techs Jayce & Jordon. They both were very knowledgeable and informative. They both know their job well. Very courteous and friendly. The Maintenance Plan was offered with no pressure sales. We highly recommend Rogue Valley H&AC .

We had our summer maintenance with Taylor. He was very efficient in doing our service. He explained everything is did and with great knowledge. He also also gave us a copy of all the photos he took of our system. We highly recommend Rogue Valley Heating, Cooling & Electrical, especially Taylor.

Scott hoffscheilder was very helpful and polite

Scott was sent to check on a problem we thought was a result of previous service, ended up we had a short in a socket he found.
He was kind and fast and went above what I would have expected. I’ve always been happy with RVHA and Scott is a great example of why. Thank you!

Mario did an excellent job. He was also very professional and efficient.

We had a new mini split system installed in our home in November 2025. That team was excellent. We had a small issue now in April 2026. They came out the same day as the call. The technician Ryan Thompson was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient.

Cory went well beyond the usual both in diligence and faithful follow-up. I wish I could say the same about the rest of the crew, and mostly those in charge of getting things done without my constant reminders. Most recent example is the non response to my letter of a few weeks ago indicating the unit reverting to electric heat when the temperature was in the mid 30’s. I letter was addressed to you Mr. sexton..

Les, James, Dylan, Frank and a couple more were friendly and professional with their troubleshooting, bidding and installing a mini split. The job was done well and quickly.

Very satisfying experience with Ryan performing 1st annual system checkup. He answered all my questions and seemed very thorough and professional.

Ben came for our scheduled one year service call, included with last year's installation. He thoroughly inspected our system, replaced the filter, and made suggestions about the dust situation we have. We chose to purchase an additional filtration system and look forward to the results.

Amazing service, kind and helpful workers and got the work done quickly. Everyone we dealt with was attentive, knowledgeable and answered any questions we had, they worked efficiently and neatly and were very friendly. Definitely recommend!

Very nice guy and very informative. I wanted to add the was Ryan that came out and found our leak in the furnace and the next day we had Dillon and Victor installed our new units of heat and air. They did a fantastic job and clean up was great.

These guys are great, far superior to other hvac services in every way. So glad we decided to place our business here

Ty and Frank did a great job installing our ductless heat pump. They were both very curious and friendly. Would highly recommend them.

Ben & Steven came today and we're amazing. They cleaned my split system.inside and outside. Helped me with cool new features to cut down on mold etc. Thank you both.

Jayce is great! We learned alot from him. He has a great respectful calm demeanor and smells great. Best service guy we have ever met, he can come into my home anytime!

Jayce was very through in the inspection of our air conditioning unit and explained everything in detail that needed to be done to it. He was very polite and conducted himself in a very professional manner.

I was very impressed by the service we received from Scott Hoffscheider on March 25, 2026 when he inspected, tested and cleaned our heating/cooling unit. He explained much of what he was checking for and the results, and he thoroughly cleaned the inside and the outside of the heating/cooling unit. He also suggested improvements to reduce heat loss from our house. I highly recommend Scott and Rogue Valley Heating, Cooling.

Rogue Valley Heating And cooling and Electrical were incredibly professional today! Jacob and Steven took care of all my needs, answered my questions and even have for suggestions for continued maintenance of my too many splits and HVAC system. I highly recommend Rogue valley and will definitely be using them for my next check up in 6 to 12 months. Thanks guys.

I was contacted ahead of time when the technician was going to arrive. Andrew was prompt, he was courteous and professional. He explained what he was doing and the benefits of getting it done. We were very happy with the work. Thank you.

They came on Friday to check on the problem (compressor fan was dead and we needed obsolete freon). Our unit was 27 years old, so we replaced the whole unit. They came back the next Monday and completed a full install and showed us how to use the thermostat. Everything was great (they put a dropcloth down and cleaned up) and I feel like the price was reasonable. For a roughly 1,700 sq. ft. 2-floor house, it cost just under $16,000 to remove the old unit, replace the intake duct and extend some other ducts, and install an entire new Carrier unit with thermostat. I didn't shop around because this company has an excellent reputation. Just posting the cost for those who might want to shop.

Ryan came out and went through our unit too to bottom. He will be making the necessary repairs to keep us going. We are choosing to upgrade some accessories and I think we’ve picked the right people. Thankfully. This will be my go to for yearly maintenance after many attempts for 5 yrs with other various companies locally. Thanks Ryan!

Joey did and excellent job with repairs and giving us several options. Truly he wasn't pushy, but he was very informative! We appreciate how professional he was with the way he communicated, handled the repair, and cleaned up his mess thoroughly. We're looking forward to working with him again in the future as we have another repair needed and he's waiting on the part. It's nice to see him take such pride in his work and the company he works for, and if I were his boss I would absolutely give him a raise! We need more people like this who care, take the time, and are professional!
