Our HVAC system chose to quit when temperatures were above 100. My regular "go to" was busy but Rogue Valley responded within two days. Very satisfied with the quick service and knowledgeable technicians.

Mario Audelo did an outstanding job working on my heater. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and explained everything in a clear, honest way. His workmanship was excellent, and he made sure everything was running perfectly before he left.

He was professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable. It’s hard to find someone you can truly trust, and Mario is definitely one of those people. I highly recommend him to anyone needing heater or HVAC repairs.

We had an HVAC inspection done and had a great experience. Ben was polite, professional, and thorough. I run an in-home business and he worked respectfully without disrupting our day at all. Highly recommend!

Requested a check up on my HVAC, Joey, the technician called ahead to let me know he had a slot available early, so he arrived early, which was nice. Joey discussed my possible concerns before inspecting the system. After inspection he went over the findings and conditions of the system using his iPad with point by point findings and pictorial documentation so I could see the conditions he found, which is very helpful. I’m somewhat informed about mechanical furnace and burners, as I retired from industrial sized Co-Gen power plant construction, but for customers who don’t understand HVAC, these pictorials are super helpful in understanding what’s needed for parts & labor make repairs. After reviewing the results, Joey discussed approximate costs and made sure things were cleaned up before leaving.
Rogue Valley heating, cooling, & electric is very timely, & thorough. They also offer special service plans that are very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them as a HVAC service company.
If you are lucky enough to get Joey as your service tech, you’ll be lucky, and very happy with his abilities, he was great!!

David arrived when he said he would, supposed to get me a bid on filter system and check out our furnace, he found and showed me numerous cracks in the heat exchanger, so happy he found this problem for safety reasons. looks like we’re getting a new furnace. Thanks again David

After making an emergency call after hours, Ben arrived in a very timely manner and got straight to work. He took the time to inform me of the situation and solution for my no heat in the home. The part needed was ordered the next morning and installed the same day after a trip to Medford for said part. I am very happy with the service and will deal with this company gladly again. I would give 10 stars if that was an option.

David was absolutely amazing! He was beyond thorough, spent his time going through everything with me and even going the extra mile to look into issues out of his control to get me a remedy. I was so incredibly impressed!!!

Mario came out in the dark after a long day and got me up and running. Really nice guy! He took his time and explained everything he was charging me for. I hope to see Mario again if I need maintenance. 10/10 recommend. Very pleased with the service!

Ben and Steven were great! They showed up promptly and were very professional and thorough with their work. They discovered a burnt out wire connection on my heat pump and fixed the problem on the spot. I would not hesitate to ask for them again to service my heating and cooling equipment.
