Initially, I was impressed by Joe’s professional approach and attention to detail when he came to look at my project. And I am very pleased with the work of the electricians, Matt and Gabe. All the wiring, conduit, light switches and plugs can hardly be see on my brand new pergola. Wonderful job! Thank you!

Across two separate service calls (one repair, one maintenance), this company's techs were excellent. Mario helped with our repair issue. He diagnosed it very quickly and efficiently, solving the issue with the wiring and configuration of a newly installed thermostat. Matt helped with our maintenance service. He was also skilled and courteous as well. Both techs were friendly, professional and talented.

Justin was a delight to work with. His efficiency with diagnostics found the broken capacitor in our condenser and he was able to repair it quickly. Had JD install an EV charge point at the house. He ran it under the eves and hidden perfectly. Very clear and conscientious. Really polite and knew his trade. Very nice to see. We will certainly use Rogue Valley for our next project and highly recommend. The scheduler Leanne is also a credit to the firm. Tech was prompt, friendly, and respectful that I worked from home. He assessed quickly and identified the issue, thoroughly communicated his plan of action, and I now have a fully functioning unit again. Thank you. This was done under warranty as the unit was fully replaced in September 2025. There was no cost to me and I will definitely be referring your company to any others in my complex.
