Man, every time these guys come out they are just first class. Each guy is a great communicator and extra thorough. This time we had Joey Wilson and he was just so nice and helpful. We are big fans of these guys. Great work.

Wow, this company is a pleasure to work with!! Our heater stopped working during a snowstorm and these guys were ON IT. Scott was patient and thorough, carefully diagnosing the problem, getting the part and had us back up and running in no time!! But beyond that, the customer service is impeccable!! Scott was friendly and funny, and he explained the whole process to a silly blonde woman. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys!! Don't go anywhere else!!

I woke on this snowy morning to a loud rattling noise coming from my heat pump. I called RVHCE and within an hour Jakob arrived to check it out. He was thorough and polite and did a great job evaluating the system and making sure everything was working well. Thank you!

There is nothing that Rogue Valley Heating and Air could have done better. Ben and Shane were friendly, professional, and efficient.
In January of 2026, Rusty serviced our Generac unit. He was very thorough and spent a lot of time cleaning it. In February of this year, Austin, Ty, and Frank installed an entirely new heating and cooling system. They worked diligently and efficiently, and were respectful of our home. We also met and received service from James, Justin, Taylor, and Tim. Every one of these persons conducted themselves in a professional manner, and appeared to be very knowledgeable, as well as friendly and courteous. They were quick to respond to our calls.

Daniel & Ty did a fantastic job installing our ductless heat system! The speed and quality of work blew us away. Everything works great, and as a bonus they were so quiet they didn’t even disturb the baby’s nap! 💯 recommend!

Shane and Ben are the best, they showed up for my appointment ahead of schedule, promptly eased any apprehension i had toward my repair, explained any and all concerns i had, gave me expert advice on what part(s) i needed, discussed their maintenance programs, completed the service call with a smile a hardy handshake and thanked me for my business...In short i have made some new friends. GREAT JOB GUYS!

Ryan was very knowledgeable about every aspect of my HVAC units and very helpful and answering my questions. He seemed very concerned in getting the job done correctly and very professional. I will certainly have him on my list if a need arises.

After making an emergency call after hours, Ben arrived in a very timely manner and got straight to work. He took the time to inform me of the situation and solution for my no heat in the home. The part needed was ordered the next morning and installed the same day after a trip to Medford for said part. I am very happy with the service and will deal with this company gladly again. I would give 10 stars if that was an option.

David was absolutely amazing! He was beyond thorough, spent his time going through everything with me and even going the extra mile to look into issues out of his control to get me a remedy. I was so incredibly impressed!!!

Mario came out in the dark after a long day and got me up and running. Really nice guy! He took his time and explained everything he was charging me for. I hope to see Mario again if I need maintenance. 10/10 recommend. Very pleased with the service!

Showed up for us on Super Bowl Sunday and was very helpful and friendly.

UPDATE: Just got our whole house surge protector from Rogue Valley Heating Air & Electric. Vincent called first thing this morning to confirm the appointment. I always appreciate the gesture. He showed up on time, in good spirits, and got straight to work. Not surprisingly, we were done before I knew it. But I was a bit shocked anyways. He made sure to show us where the unit was located on the electric panel and how to monitor its function. No more concern about power company supply issues. We can rest easy now. Thanks Vincent. And thanks to Liane for getting us scheduled earlier than planned. She kept us on the cancellation list and stayed in touch with regular updates. Great team. Great job. Great feeling.

PRIOR: Had our five year old HVAC system inspected by Rogue Valley Heating Air & Electric. They put us on the books with Taylor. He was ahead of schedule and asked if he could drop by early. Worked out great since we were able to get it done by early afternoon. He spent a good deal of time performing a thorough examination of all system components. Tarps were thrown down to protect the floor under our attic access. And he wore shoe covers as an added measure. A discussion of all findings assured us that everything was in good condition. Taylor is patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Amazing value on the service call. Recommend highly and will use again for periodic maintenance.

On time and professionally done. Follow up service also good.

Ben the Maintenance Tech was a great representative of the company. He did a thorough job with a great attitude. He explained the HVAC system to us and also explained why we need to keep our vents in all rooms open. Great Customer Service!

Matthew and Pedro came out to service our HVAC system and they were the BEST!!!!
THEN, we had Shane out to give us a quote for new system.... again BEST! Has to be a great company to have all these great people working for them 🙂

Ben was awesome! Very knowledgeable, professional, polite and kind. He did a maintenance check on our heating and cooling system and explained every detail of what he found in his assessment of our system. He was very patient in answering all of my questions. I couldn’t have asked for a better technician. I appreciated him very much!
