The representative Scott Hoffscheider that came to our home was thorough, informative and very knowledgeable. He came to do a post installation check up. He helped me update my app and took the time to explain everything.

Had an old 10 yr mini-split system that died. Ben came out, looked at old system and our house and gave a suggested plan of action. Not only did his plan improve our current setup (going from 1 head to 3 heads). Installation was able to start a couple of days later. Installers came and did their thing. Had a couple of issues with the install. Ben and Rogue Valley Heating bent over backwards to make us 100% happy with everything. Very surprising to find a company that actually does what they say when it comes to customer satisfaction. Just wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Mario, a fellow New Yorker, has all the right stuff, personable & professional did the analysis and gave me all my options, short term, long term and his advice for someone with a 19 yr old heat pump. He made it easy Next day, Shaun from sales was here to thoroughly explain what was available, features, prices, efficiency , etc Another really nice guy, who knew his stuff, making my decisions easy and the the purchasing experience fast and easy too. The next morning, Tony & Randy showed up at 9am and methodically removed the old, huge heat pump and inside furnace and had all the new stuff installed without issues, went over the operation of the unit and cleaned up after themselves by 5:30. Also two very personable, professional workers whose skill sets were extensive, both physical & cerebral. Congratulations to the owners of this company for hiring the right people, great at what they do and great with the public

We had an excellent experience with Austin and Silas from Rogue Valley Heating & Air. They were professional, knowledgeable, and hardworking throughout the entire HVAC installation process. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and took great care to ensure the job was completed correctly and efficiently. Rogue Valley Heating Cooling, and Electrical were great, and the technician Jonathan was fantastic. Very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He discovered a faulty capacitor on our A/C unit and had one on the truck. We now have an ongoing maintenance plan. Thanks guys!

My wife and I have been customers of Rogue Valley Heating for five years and are very satisfied with the company. Our last Maintenance appointment was handled by Matthew Romaine and the service was exceptional. Matt is patient, thorough, and polite. We have requested him for all our future needs.

I had a great experience dealing with Rogue HVAC. I wanted to know if it was possible to put in a mini split in the Master bedroom. Jordan came out and we talked about different options. I decided the mini split was the best option. Jordan was great to work with! Very personable and knowledgeable The crew was just as good, they came out and got to work. They had to problem solve along the way, and they knew how to deal with no ‘attic access’ and having to adjust where the outside unit was going. The electrician had to adjust where the wires were going. It was an all day project, everybody worked together to make it happen. I’m very happy with the outcome and my choice to have Rogue HVAC do the job.
