Les arrived on time, and corrected an issue with the A/C system which had been faulty since the installation of the equipment when new. The fan motor bearing squealed from day one and had been pointed out to prior technicians with the response "yeah some of them are just loud like that." The noise was irritating not only to we, the home owners, but to our neighbors as well. Les observed the noise not only from the unit but could easily hear the unit from quite a distance away and determined there was a problem. The faulty fan motor and fan were replaced and the unit now operates as it should. Fortunately it was covered by equipment warranty but shouldn't have taken two years to correct. Les did a great job determining and correcting the problem with clear explanations and communication throughout the process. You are fortunate to have him as a representative.

I got home from work and my house was so hot tried to fix it myself but no luck. That night I used their online system and booked an appointment for service was excited that they had weekend availability so booked an appointment next morning I received a phone call around 7:30am confirming they had gotten my request and they could actually get me in on a Friday afternoon between 4-6pm I was so happy. Better yet I got a call 11:30am they were on the way to my house to get it fixed. All the staff I dealt with with kind and helpful from scheduling to the tech. As someone that works in the service industry along with being a consumer they had top notch service half the time you cant even get people to call you back nowadays. They have gotten a customer for life now

Mike LeVine was my service tech for my yearly maintenance. Mike is very knowledgeable about my HVAC system. He walked me through a very thorough check list and took the time to show and explain the importance of keeping the coils clean and free from debris. At the end of services performed Mike again went over everything he did and insured I knew my responsibility for all maintenance I will need to perform to keep my system running smoothly. Thanks Mike!

Very knowledgeable service person. Had a Furnace checkup. Found an issue with an overheated wire and it was replaced. Great service.

Our AC unit decided to go out and we did not realize till it was 7pm and it was very hot in our home with our 6 month old son. Matthew R. was quick to arrive and got it back up and running even though it was late at night! He was so friendly and gave us some great advice 😊.

Bradley was helpful, offered good info, and fixed the issue.

Ty and JD were here all day, working either in the heat outside or the heat in the attic. They were kind, friendly, and respectful of my space. They are great workers! I would request them again!

Jayce came to our home today for a maintenance appointment and system review. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, and he explained everything clearly. UPDATE: Summer maintenance service. Justin is highly experienced and extremely generous with his extensive knowledge. In addition to cleaning our condenser coils and testing all components, he took the time to explain everything in terms that were easy to understand. Our heat pump is running noticeably better. Ask for J. We recommend highly and would use again. UPDATE: Just got our whole house surge protector from Rogue Valley Heating Air & Electric. Vincent called first thing this morning to confirm the appointment. I always appreciate the gesture. He showed up on time, in good spirits, and got straight to work. Not surprisingly, we were done before I knew it. But I was a bit shocked anyways. He made sure to show us where the unit was located on the electric panel and how to monitor its function. No more concern about power company supply issues. We can rest easy now. Thanks Vincent. And thanks to Liane for getting us scheduled earlier than planned. She kept us on the cancellation list and stayed in touch with regular updates. Great team. Great job. Great feeling. PRIOR: Winter maintenance service. Had our five year old HVAC system inspected by Rogue Valley Heating Air & Electric. They put us on the books with Taylor. He was ahead of schedule and asked if he could drop by early. Worked out great since we were able to get it done by early afternoon. He spent a good deal of time performing a thorough examination of all system components. Tarps were thrown down to protect the floor under our attic access. And he wore shoe covers as an added measure. A discussion of all findings assured us that everything was in good condition. Taylor is patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Amazing value on the service call. Recommend highly and will use again for periodic maintenance.

Joey came out for a maintenence check on the HVAC system of the place I am renting. Even though I'm not the owner he still gave me all the information I would need as the tenant and educated me on what was going on without being pretentious. He was very communicative, kind, and respectful. He included me in the steps he was taking and why he was doing them. I feel more informed and comfortable operating the system and again I never felt like a fish out of water. He was able to communicate everything to me in terms that were accessible to someone how isnt in the field. All together a great experience!

The entire team at Rogue Valley Heating and Cooling are amazing. From Greta answering the phone to Ryan getting here and getting my installation on Saturday for new Heating and cooling which they don't work usually. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I called and they had a technicians out to my house in 5 hrs. Mike and Les were unbelievably professional, knowledgable and freindly. They diagnosed the problem on my furnace in 15 min and had it running in 25 minutes. Then they spent another hour completely checking out the system to make sure their was no collateral damage. They charged me $115 for a service call. These guys on a scale of 1-10, 10 being best, are a 12. Best service A-Z that I have ever witnessed. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys. I have used many HVAC companies over the last 40 years and there is no one close to these guys.
