They installed a new whole house generator and the results are fantastic. Everything from permits to trenching to wiring was handled professionally and promptly. Excellent work and follow up support.

David and Bryan came to do our yearly maintenance, and per usual with this company, the guys were great! Showed up on time, were respectful of our home, clear on what they were doing, gave us all the information and left us feeling confident that our system was working perfect. Always a 5 star experience.

David, Victor, Tony, the design crew, the repair team were all great. They were professional and made things happen FAST! It was a hard pkg to buy right before Christmas but the guys were all very understanding and felt bad for us.

I scheduled routine maintenance on my HAVC, Rusty was very courteous and informative. He took several pictures of my system so that I can see the issue and explained things to me. Alex and Ty came to my home at the scheduled time to install my new HVAC. They were also very courteous,personable and made sure that I understood my new system. I would highly recommend this company.

The crew: David, Miles and Victor, did a fabulous job installing my new HVAC in my home and a new ductless system in my Airbnb Cottage. They were super knowledgeable and considerate of my personal preferences in placing the units. The electricians were very helpful in informing me of possible issues with wiring that wasn’t a part of the installation. I’m confident in the service and products that Rogue Valley Heating and Air provided.

UPDATE: 12/3/25 We just had all of our ducts replaced by Daniel, Angel, Miles, David, and Victor. They were extremely hardworking and non intrusive. They did an amazing job on this big project, we are extremely grateful for the care they took.

Incredible service!! They were kind, attentive, honest and thorough. I felt comforted with how much they were willing and able to explain about my heating and cooling systems and the support they provided. My technician was Ryan Feeny and provided 4 star service. Very professional and very respectful.

James fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He was very thorough and detailed about things we need to look out for with our aging furnace. Reasonably priced and fast service.

Our HVAC system chose to quit when temperatures were above 100. My regular "go to" was busy but Rogue Valley responded within two days. Very satisfied with the quick service and knowledgeable technicians.

Ben was fantastic my heat went out he came quickly and diagnosed the issue right away. He was professional, friendly, and kept me informed through the whole process. The repair was done efficiently and my home is finally warm again. I’m grateful for his help highly recommend.

David addressed our problem, fixed it and explained what was happening. Before he left he also made sure to let us know that he locked the door to the furnace and shut off the attic light so we didn't need to check. Very professional and polite. We have had great service from RV Heating, Cooling and Electrical. We recommend them highly.

Ben arrived early and was very polite and professional. He explained everything he did and helped us with the set up of our new thermostat. He also made friends with our dog jackpot. Would highly recommend him.

The Rogue Valley Heating and cooling guys do a good job every time they come out. Justa and Vince came out and ran a new circuit for our heat pump. They did a great job, and I always appreciate the good work they do!

We had Rogue Valley Heating And Cooling come out and install/Retrofit an HVAC system complete with ducting. We have a very custom house and I expressed the importance of good workmanship to Austin, Mark, and David. They assured me that they would assign their best installation team to our job, And they did! Tony, Daniel, Alex, P, Angel, Ty, and Victor Did an amazing job. They did a neat and clean job and Tony consistently checked with us To see if we had any questions and we’re happy with the job they were doing. We also had two awesome electricians Matt and Vincent. That did a great job with the electrical.Honestly, We couldn’t have asked for a better installation team.

We got our new HVAC installed yesterday. Austin and Angel did a great job. They were very professional and worked hard to get it done in one day.

He did a great job and explained how the original installation was not done right. We received a unit that was 3 years old. He apologized that the maintenance contract that we paid for was never done which was one of the main reasons unit failed.

Mario was very responsive, fast, professional and efficient in getting our heat back up and running at our commercial office space in Rogue River. Def would recommend!

Shane was so kind and professional! He took the time to thoroughly clean each component and then explain all of the maintenance completed afterwards. He put on shoe covers every time he entered the house (which we really appreciated since we have 2 kids crawling around) and spoke as if he truly cared about maintaining our furnace and AC.
