Update: 5-8-26 Jonathon did a fantastic job, great service, and amazing knowledge. This is why I stay with this company! Update: 10-30-25 Ben was professional, thorough, and was informative. He was fantastic! July of 2024 was my first experience with this company and they were amazing(still are).The technician was fantastic, paxton was fantastic figuring out what was the issue, and promptly fixed it. I had a maintenance service done on separate units a couple weeks later, he was able to offer some good tips, and explained what to expect with the units(they are very old). Highly recommend company and paxton as a technician. ***Update: 5-23-25 had electrician Matt do some electrical work, he was quick, efficient, very knowledgeable, and was able to get it done in a timely manner. This company has some really great people that keep this company going, and thriving. For heating, cooling, and electrical needs this company is great! ***

We have a unique situation caring for a home with two ladies and our home he was completely complimentary of them their home and surroundings. Matt is welcomed back anytime.

We finally started a maintenance/inspection of our HVAC that came w/our home when we purchased it 3 years ago. We were able to book an appointment immediately. Richard was professional, knowledgeable and did not try to upsell us with things we do not need. He told us that while our unit was on the older side that we do not need a new one at this time and it is functioning well. He checked the system thoroughly including the furnace and cleaned and inspected everything. We already signed up for maintenance next year @ a discounted rate! I feel confident we are with the right company.

SCOTT is awesome. He told me more about our system than I wanted to know. He is thorough, friendly, knowledgeable. I appreciate him and RV HEATING ❤️ we are also going to have insulation installed as soon as we deal with rodent problem.

Jordan came to our triplex today to troubleshoot the air conditioning unit. It turned out to be an unusual and unexpected problem which he diagnosed and repaired. He was very patient and kind. My wife and I have been pleased with Rogue Valley Heating and Air Conditioning.

Eexcellent work and service Jacob and Greg performed excellent professional service. I will highly recommend this company.

Ryan Thompson is the HVAC Service Technician at Rogue Valley heating, cooling, and electrical, he is a great guy, good salesman and very personable, I believe he is an all around good guy, he handles business very well and he did not leave without getting our cooling system on before the 90 degree weather today, I would recommend him to anyone!

Brian did the Spring maintenance on my heat pump. He was punctual, professional, thorough, and was able to answer all of my questions.

I had Alex and Silas out to add some more insulation to my attic as well as installing a Remi-Halo. They called to let me know they were close and got done in less time than they projected. They were clean and quick and even showed me pictures on how it all looked when they finished. This company has been amazing to work with as a new home owner and I will recommend them to anyone who will listen!

4/15/2026 we had Daniel, Kyle & Eric from Rouge Valley Heating, cooling & Electric install a new heating and cooling system at our home. These guys provide a professional installation and removal of the old unit. We were quite happy with unit purchased and the installation. I would highly recommend this company.
