The company and every team member I spoke with and met made upgrading our HVAC system a positive experience. Grant and James were excellent during the initial consult, explaining options, answering questions, and designing a system to update our previous one that was no longer cooling the house adequately. The installation team - Tony, Randy, and Micheal -were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They did an exceptional job removing the old equipment and installing the new system. Their communication, timeliness, and dedication to completing the job with quality work was evident throughout the process. I’m grateful for their expertise! The new system works incredibly well, and I’m quite happy with the upgrade and experience overall. Thank you!

These guys are the professionals! Daniel, Miles, Kyle, and Chris were refreshingly prompt, knowledgeable, and worked their tails off to make sure our extensive repair was done well and quickly. Verifying for sure our home was well taken care of during the heat of summer! They went the extra mile and stayed after to verify that it would be more than satisfactory after the work was done. I would absolutely recommend them!

OMG. These guys are freaking AWESOME. We had to have the HVAC replaced in our apartment. Didn't even take a full day. Kyle, Alex, and Matt are total pros. Explained everything, showed us how to use the smart thermostat, and cleaned everything up. We'll never use anybody except Rogue Valley Heating.

Our HVAC went out, and we needed a whole new system installed. When it was time for installation the guys showed up on time and got it done and installed before dinner. Dylan and Victor, were here all day and it was hot hot hot outside and inside but come 5pm, the house was cool again. Thanks for the help guys!!

The Rogue Valley Heating and cooling guys do a good job every time they come out. Justa and Vince came out and ran a new circuit for our heat pump. They did a great job, and I always appreciate the good work they do! We had Rogue Valley Heating And Cooling come out and install/Retrofit an HVAC system complete with ducting. We have a very custom house and I expressed the importance of good workmanship to Austin, Mark, and David. They assured me that they would assign their best installation team to our job, And they did! Tony, Daniel, Alex, P, Angel, Ty, and Victor Did an amazing job. They did a neat and clean job and Tony consistently checked with us To see if we had any questions and we’re happy with the job they were doing. We also had two awesome electricians Matt and Vincent. That did a great job with the electrical.Honestly, We couldn’t have asked for a better installation team. Thanks guys! Codey came out and finished setting up our HVAC system. He was very knowledgeable and explained how the electronics worked on our system. I was very impressed with him. Our AC system wasn’t working properly, so Austin came out and did a good job troubleshooting and worked with Paxton and the team to find a solution. I appreciate the way we are treated by Rogue Valley A/C. They are always kind and considerate to us and are very concerned to leave us satisfied. Thank you, Rogue Valley AC.

Absolutely amazing service. My mom’s 25 year old system quite. I called on a Tuesday afternoon had a technician out Wednesday afternoon and a new system on Thursday. Her house was 88 and the amazing tech Ryan went and picked up a window air conditioner at Home Depot and Home Depot donated it to her! I cannot say enough about the amazing service and kind techs!
