The Rogue Valley Heating and cooling guys do a good job every time they come out. Justa and Vince came out and ran a new circuit for our heat pump. They did a great job, and I always appreciate the good work they do! We had Rogue Valley Heating And Cooling come out and install/Retrofit an HVAC system complete with ducting. We have a very custom house and I expressed the importance of good workmanship to Austin, Mark, and David. They assured me that they would assign their best installation team to our job, And they did! Tony, Daniel, Alex, P, Angel, Ty, and Victor Did an amazing job. They did a neat and clean job and Tony consistently checked with us To see if we had any questions and we’re happy with the job they were doing. We also had two awesome electricians Matt and Vincent. That did a great job with the electrical.Honestly, We couldn’t have asked for a better installation team. Thanks guys! Codey came out and finished setting up our HVAC system. He was very knowledgeable and explained how the electronics worked on our system. I was very impressed with him. Our AC system wasn’t working properly, so Austin came out and did a good job troubleshooting and worked with Paxton and the team to find a solution. I appreciate the way we are treated by Rogue Valley A/C. They are always kind and considerate to us and are very concerned to leave us satisfied. Thank you, Rogue Valley AC.

Absolutely amazing service. My mom’s 25 year old system quite. I called on a Tuesday afternoon had a technician out Wednesday afternoon and a new system on Thursday. Her house was 88 and the amazing tech Ryan went and picked up a window air conditioner at Home Depot and Home Depot donated it to her! I cannot say enough about the amazing service and kind techs!

We had Shane come over and look at our Air Conditioner and he was very informative and helpful!! He explained in detail what our problem was and suggested what we needed to do to maintain our temps!! Would recommend him to do your job anytime and any place!!

They did a lot of work! They were here all day and replaced our whole heating and air unit, added insulation in the attic and did a lot of work under the house too! They were awesome! Worked together as a great team and we are very happy. I already recommend them to our neighbors across the road whose system is also not working!

When I had an issue with my air conditioner, I called Rogue Valley Heating & Air mostly because their name was on the furnace of the home we purchased when we moved the GP two years ago. I couldn't have been more pleased! It was after hours, but they returned my call within minutes and came out to my house in less than 1/2 hour. They fixed the problem, but what really impressed me was their level of service & professionalism. Service tech Vince even called me back on his way to my house to make sure I understood there would be an after hours service fee. Vince was great in explaining what the problem was & what he was doing. I recommend these guys to anyone! Well-here I am years later after another service by Rogue Valley Heating & Air. Again, excellent service by technician Ryan Thompson. He explained where we are with our aging system and options going forward. Very happy again with their service

I had a great experience dealing with Rogue HVAC. I wanted to know if it was possible to put in a mini split in the Master bedroom. Jordan came out and we talked about different options. I decided the mini split was the best option. Jordan was great to work with! Very personable and knowledgeable The crew was just as good, they came out and got to work. They had to problem solve along the way, and they knew how to deal with no ‘attic access’ and having to adjust where the outside unit was going. The electrician had to adjust where the wires were going. It was an all day project, everybody worked together to make it happen. I’m very happy with the outcome and my choice to have Rogue HVAC do the job.

Ryan Thompson from Rogue Valley Heating And Cooling came out and knocked it out of the park!! My unit is brand new. There was a slight malfunction. I called the company. They had him here within an hour. Could not be happier with the Services that he provided!! I give it a 10/10
