Mario from rogue valley cooling came out Sunday and troubleshot my system and got my cooling up and going very fast!! Mario is so & pet friendly. Baylee loves him. It took him 5 minutes to figure it out. & made sure everything was up & running perfect! He’s a keeper! Thank you Mario😊

I am very pleased with the work done by both Austin & Taylor. They installed new heating unit to replace my 30-year heating system that’s been performing below acceptable level and just about ready to give up. Both guys were so professional, courteous, hardworking and polite. They even built a platform to insure the unit is stable and secure. That’s not just service. I feel they truly care and they take pride in providing exceptional service to their customers. Thank you Austin and Taylor!

We shopped around for quite awhile and even though RVHeating was slightly higher in price for some areas we felt their professionalism and information sharing was worth the difference in costs. They have a deep bench to draw from. From the receptionist front office in the very beginning to the initial estimation visit with Shane, the installation process with Alex and his team and the follow up maintenance (for a different unit) with Justin, all were prompt, courteous and informative. RVH&C is highly recommended.

What is importance is I always get quick responses when something is not working right not having to wait for a long time for a technician is everything and there well trained and polite and respectful thank you Ryan and Mario technician that no there stuff

Bradley from Rogue Valley was excellent. My previous bad experience was with a different company, so I was a little nervous going into this appointment, but Bradley was professional, respectful, and very easy to work with. He arrived early, checked everything thoroughly, and even took extra time to listen for the sound I had been concerned about. The issue wasn’t occurring while he was here, but he still carefully inspected the system and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell or create unnecessary concern. I really appreciated the straightforward, no-nonsense service. This experience was a huge improvement from my last company, and Bradley made the whole appointment feel comfortable and trustworthy.

Rogue Valley did an incredible job!! My air conditioner went out. They came up with a new plan for a new air conditioner and got the job done. The next day could not be happier with the results!! I give them a 10/10

New complete HVAC system installed. The installation team was awesome. The new syatem looks fanrastic and was a much needed addition. In the end, Daniel also noticed a less than adequate flow in the ductwork which was also detected by Ryan a week earlier. Upon request, the ductwork was inspected and a major leak/tear was located requiring immediate repair. Thanks to all for the professional and friendly service. Great job!!!

I'm so glad we decided to upgrade to a more energy efficient HVAC system, the cost of electricity is through the roof these days, and Rogue Valley Heating and Air were professional from start to finish! Daniel and Frank were wonderful technicians, they answered all of my questions and made sure our system was installed correctly so that it runs most efficient. We just had our annual HVAC maintenance and the Tech had to advise us that our system was in need of being replaced. Corrosion and time was allowing deadly CO2 to enter our home. After a complete inspection of all the parts to our system we opted to have everything replaced with new equipment. New Furnace, New Air Conditioner and new ducting throughout the house. Ben set up install for the very next day. Alex managed the crews and they completed the whole project extremely professionally in under two days. These folks really know their business and it has been an extreme pleasure to have them. Rogue Valley Heating has my whole hearted recommendation. You can't go wrong!

The office said they would be here 11-2 and Austin arrived promptly on time at 11 which I appreciated. Austin was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient answering my questions and I appreciated that as well.

Last month we got a new Daikin HVAC system installed. Today Les came out with our requested washable filter. He installed it and while he was here he had to do some rewiring to get the unit to function properly. We have a very complicated three zone system that we have had issues with for 25 years. It is now working as it should. Les was very friendly. He put up with me looking over his shoulder very well. He answered all of our questions.

Jayce called when he was a half hour away. He went above and beyond while checking everything to make sure we are ready to roll for a hot summer. He told me about things that are available, but did not push at all. And my ragdoll liked him, so that was a plus. This company is the best and I’m pleased to be a customer.

These guys were so helpful! We got an appointment no problem. Our technician, Joey, was super friendly. He did an exceptional job of making sure we understood everything. Austin, Victor, and Frank did fast and efficient work! 10/10

Our 24‑year‑old AC died on a Friday night, and this company went above and beyond. Jace took my call and was incredibly helpful, and Ryan came out quickly to get our old unit running for the weekend. Later that night, Matt arrived around 10pm with clear, pressure‑free options for a new system and helped us choose the right one. Silas and Victor installed the new unit Monday morning, gave great communication, explained everything, and made sure we knew they were available 24/7 if we ever needed help. Every person we dealt with was kind, professional, and made a stressful situation so much easier. Worth every penny. Highly recommend.
