Ryan and Austin carried on Rogue Valley Heating's tradition of great customer service. Both were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Finally got to the bottom of our old heat pump issues that have been causing outrageous electric bills. New heat pump - next step.
We purchased a generator from them last year that has been wonderful with all of the ongoing power outages. Peace of mind is very important.

Call RVHAE to get an estimate on Mini Split system. The team that came out, Shane the sales rep to JD the electrician. And finally the install team, this team was the most polite, efficient, respectful group of workers. We had a well issue after the group being here working late in the evening on a Friday night. When we called Shane, he was able to get a hold of Tyson, he was willing to come back at 8:30 at night. JD and Tyson came on Saturday morning early and fixed our issue. From the office staff to the crews, you all are amazing and recommend RV Heating for any heating, air or electrical hands down. Thank you all

Our experience with Rusty was over the top. He was very thorough and went over everything. He discovered a weak blower motor that had bearings about to fail. He performed some extra cleaning and other maintenance that had been missed previously. Outstanding workmanship

We had a great group of guys. Ty,Alex P, and Eric were friendly and answered any and all questions that I had. They worked hard and stayed after it without stopping untill the job was completed. When they were done and cleaned up you didn't even know they were here except for the new equipment. I would recommend these guys everytime. Thanks again to the whole gang from start to finish.

We had a new system installed with such a great team - Alex D, Ty, and Kyle were the best. They let us know what they were doing every step of the process, educated us on the new system, and cleaned up everything after the day. They showed up on time, were professional, and gave us confidence that we made the right choice of system. Beyond the quality of any system, the most important part is the team that has expertise and give you great ongoing service.

Ryan Thompson came out, called ahead of time with his expected arrival time, was very friendly and professional. He explained everything in detail and in a way someone who doesn’t know HVAC could understand. Signed up for the yearly maintenance program and will be requesting he is the one to show up from now on. Only downside was he is a Chargers fan! But it can be forgiven due to his quality of work!

Joey came out and did a complete and thorough inspection of my entire system. He came up with six different items that could cause future problems or would improve my system.

I chose three different things that he felt were most important. I settled on two them. He and a fellow worker came out yesterday and installed the components. In testing the system today, everything was working well and seemed to cause the system to work more efficiently. Joey went over everything they had done and showed me photographs of the work they had done.

Rogue Valley was quick to answer some questions I had and to insure I was completely satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Jakob did a great job at servicing our heating and air units. He was very thouroh and answered all of our questions. The photos he shared of our units after completing his tasks were very helpful to look at, especially seeing as how we never go up in our attic.

Mario Audelo provided the service for my HVAC semi annual maintenance service. He was very thorough with the AC and heating system.
He suggested an additional cleaning of the fan blades on the heater which had not been done in almost 9 years. I appreciated knowing this and will schedule. He answered all my questions patiently and with expert knowledge. Super good at his job.

Joey and Austin came to service my ductless heating and air unit on Monday, April 6th and they did a very good job. I do appreaciate their professional manner, they were knowledgeable, very polite and kind. Joey explained all that he and Austin did and the different types of services Rogue Heating and Air provide. I will certainly call and purchase one of them in the near future.

Scott was our tech that came out and he was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable, diagnosed our problem quickly, showed me the bad parts and explained how and why they were bad. He put together an estimate that felt was fair, I signed off on it and he was very thorough, yet efficient in getting the work done. I feel good about the work that was completed and the price I paid. I did a basic google search for what it should cost to get the services I needed and his price fell right in the middle of that range. Overall the experience was fantastic as of the day of work completion.

Jay you spent time trying fix our heater and because of your concern, recommended a new Hvac system for our safety, thank you. Great service. For several years they have been servicing the heating and air conditioning in my homes. The system has been starting to limp along and was given a great quote for a new one. So very happy with new one and price was great. The fellas who installed were great and cleaned up the area before they left. I highly recommend this company.

After calling several H&AC companies with zero availabilities, we found Rogue Valley H&AC. Our unit just stopped in the middle of the one hottest days and our house was an unbearable 82*. We called them the next morning and they were able to have someone out to help us the same afternoon. They did a complete diagnostic inspection. They had it all up and running within minutes. Great Service Techs Jayce & Jordon. They both were very knowledgeable and informative. They both know their job well. Very courteous and friendly. The Maintenance Plan was offered with no pressure sales. We highly recommend Rogue Valley H&AC .

We had our summer maintenance with Taylor. He was very efficient in doing our service. He explained everything is did and with great knowledge. He also also gave us a copy of all the photos he took of our system. We highly recommend Rogue Valley Heating, Cooling & Electrical, especially Taylor.

Scott was sent to check on a problem we thought was a result of previous service, ended up we had a short in a socket he found.
He was kind and fast and went above what I would have expected. I’ve always been happy with RVHA and Scott is a great example of why. Thank you!

We had a new mini split system installed in our home in November 2025. That team was excellent. We had a small issue now in April 2026. They came out the same day as the call. The technician Ryan Thompson was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient.

Cory went well beyond the usual both in diligence and faithful follow-up. I wish I could say the same about the rest of the crew, and mostly those in charge of getting things done without my constant reminders. Most recent example is the non response to my letter of a few weeks ago indicating the unit reverting to electric heat when the temperature was in the mid 30’s.
