Ben just came by to do a maintenance service on my system. Aside from being an incredibly nice guy, he took his time and was completely thorough in completing this service and explained to me, honestly, what was going on with my system. This is the second time he has serviced my system and each time he has been excellent! I highly recommend Rogue Valley Heating and Air as a whole, and Ben in particular. I am sure all of the technicians are highly qualified as I have been using them for 22 years.

Highly recommend! Since moving into our home over 2 years ago, this was the first time we did any HVAC maintenance. This company was highly rated and for good reason! Everyone was pleasant, from the ladies scheduling us, to Joey Wilson, who was our maintenance technician. He did an excellent job at replacing & testing our filters as well as explaining everything at the end of our service. He was polite & very friendly the entire time. Prices are very fair & we are extremely pleased with our experience! I'll be recommending this company to all of our friends. Thank you!

Our unit shut down suddenly, and Steven came out at 8pm to get it fixed! He did it under an hour. Paying for double time was not fun, but Steven did such a great job! He was kind, understanding, and fixed it as quickly as he could. Gave me some tippers for taking care of the unit and did everything he could to make the experience better. Thank you, Steven!!

The service was great. Mario was easy to communicate with and was able to locate and fix the issue in a timely manner.

I called on Monday and they made an appointment for today. Mario came out and he fixed my unit. It was a burned wire that's why my house wasn't cooling down. He did an amazing job.

Our technician Taylor was able to come out the same day we requested service. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helped us get set up for routine maintenance on our very old system. He fixed the A/C issue before it became a much bigger problem and saved us quite a bit of money.

Mario was great. We had been without AC for 2 days during a heat wave. He was friendly, professional and most importantly he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He explained everything so I could understand it. Highly recommend.

I recently had an AC quit at 104 degrees 😡 called Rogue Valley , they had over 400 calls , but they gave me suggestions that I might try .I took pictures of the parts we thought were the problem, Stacey had the parts on the counter when I arrived 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 that’s first class service.

Mario is a very nice young man. He attempted to get me running, but the repair cost was going to be to extensive. I decided it was time to replace the 21 year old unit and not put a further investment in repairs.

Our ac stopped working on the hottest day on record for that date (100). We called for service and from that interaction all the way to David coming out service was outstanding! We thought we’d have to get a hotel room waiting for our appointment but to our surprise they were there in less than 24 hours! David was beyond kind and helpful in getting our unit working again which we bought from them as well. Highly recommend 💫💫💫💫💫💫💫

Mario was awesome! We scheduled for an emergency service due to our AC not working, he came out after a long day and was very professional and answered all our questions. He went above and beyond! It was a little spendy , but we also paid the extra after hours few so we could have air, totally worth it!
