I made multiple calls to companies in the area on a Sunday. Rogue Valley Heating and Cooling not only answered but didnt have some AI program like most others . I got to talk to a real person and make an appointment. The receptionist was very polite and got me in as soon as possible. A technician named Ryan came out to service my unit. Instead of just fixing it and leaving he took the time to explain the why behind what he was doing and even showed me the pictures of inside my unit. The thing that I liked most about him was that when he explained things he broke it down into terms I could understand. Like when he used and acronym or a big word he kind of broke it down. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Ryan Thompson is on point with knowledge, expedience, thoroughness and most of all customer interface. Mario, the service rep from Rogue Valley Heating, was timely, courteous, and professional. He gave me a clear and concise diagnosis regarding my HVAC system, and presented me with my options. It was a delight to work with him.

Rogue is the best. They replaced my heat pump within three days of calling them. Brad the sales rep was clear and honest when providing a quote. He admitted that his bit wouldn’t be the cheapest but the work will be done right and they stand behind their product and workers. Victor and partner (sorry I forgot his name) were very focus and took pride in their work. They walked me around and explain everything thoroughly upon completion. I would recommend as people who will do a good job.

Silas and Frank were very great at installing our unit. They were clear and concise in their messaging and work.

We needed an emergency repair to our HVAC. Rogue Valley Heating and Air sent out a tech that same day. Jay was prompt, professional, and he quickly diagnosed and fixed the issues. Highly recommend this business. The very best!

Couldn’t recommend this company enough! I was worried that we were going to be stuck in this heat for weeks before we could get someone to come when my A/C stopped working, but they sent Mario out same day to take a look at it and he was able to quickly fix the problem and got us cooled down again! I signed up for their HVAC service subscription and Scott came out to get everything running smoothly! Scott was a super cool dude, very informative and professional. My dog absolutely loved him so that should tell you all you need to know about Rogue Valley Heating! 100/10 THANK YOU!

We had the unfortunate situation of our HVAC go out over the weekend of 4th of July. Rogue Valley Heating and Air answered our call on a holiday weekend, and were able to get a technician to come out to our house by the following Monday. Jordan Vasquez was our technician, he was kind, professional, and got our unit up and running in less than an hour (it was over 85 degrees in our house). We are so grateful to be cooling down as we speak. We’ll definitely call them again if needed! ***Adding and updating as of July 15th - We did need a 2nd visit for diagnostic and repair. Joey Wilson came out this time, and was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely professional and worked very quickly. Even though he had to drive into Medford to get a part, he was still finished extremely fast. Thanks again!

Wonderful. Joey came sooner than the original scheduled time of appointment but always let us know with an update when he would be here. He was very thorough and completed the repair work in a timely manner.

Mario , very nice guy , very professional and explained issues very well , left me with some issues that I should have repaired pretty soon , preventing an issue later . He was professional and helpful, explaining what he was doing and why. In the end, Joey outlined the maintenance and repairs that may be needed in the future, and noted these. Showed up on time and was very professional.

Friendly, efficient and really well priced. Had a new bathroom exhaust vent installed & they cut in to my drywall which other companies said I would need to hire a separate drywall person to extend the hole. Very happy with my experience, they will be my contact for all electrician needs moving forward.

Jakob did an outstanding job repairing our HVAC system. He was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about everything that needed to be done. What really stood out was that he stayed late on a Friday evening to make sure the repair was completed instead of leaving us without air. Very happy with Rogue Valley Heating Cooling and Electrical. Less was my technician today and he was super nice and very thorough with my equipment. He was very considerate of my home and was nice to my dog. They called me to remind me that I should have service soon, which for me is great because it’s easy for me to forget. Less also let me know when he was on the way. All great elements that add up to a great service. Thank you!!
