After completing a very thorough job with the system, he did an excellent job explaining its current condition and how to maintain it. Taylor rocks!

We couldn’t be happier with our Courier heating and air cooling system, great company to have our backs when needed, and the maintenance has been top notch, we just now had Matthew Romaine as our check up technician, and plan to keep him as our regular preferred technician guy, he knows his job as well as suggesting improvements that can help better our home comfort, finding professionals today that can be trusted is a luxury and gift, we feel Rogue Heating and Air can be trusted and counted on, no one can ask more than this

A highly skilled technicians executed an exceptionally detailed task. Both austin and dylan were able to complete aoverhaul for my furnace. They spend all day working to install, making sure that we could have within our home. Greatly appreciate the work they did

Our one year maintenance service was perfect. Ben arrived on time and was efficient, professional, and performed a complete system check in a timely manner. He went over the long list of things that were checked, changed our filter, and showed how we can do it in the future if needed. He answered all our questions we appreciate Rogue Valley Heating and Cooling.

Mario was on site when he said he would be there. He was very thorough in his efforts to diagnose the problem with my heat pump and to provide potential solutions for the same. Ultimately, after determining that the unit was at the end of its life, he contact his office and was able to provide me with several bids to replace the unit. Mario was very personable and respectful, and I enjoyed our interaction during this process very much.

Matthew is the best he went above and beyond to make sure our units are operating correctly..Very courteous and professional at all times..

Joe was en extreme pro. Very thorough, and knowledgeable. Pleasure having him help us out.

He stayed late to help me with my bathroom exhaust fan and ended up making several more helpful observations and recommendations for my household. I would be happy to have him come back again. I highly recommend.

Jordan is an awesome tech. He showed up on time. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and maintained a professional attitude the entire time he was here. He was able to quickly verify a small leak at one of the line fittings and was able to vacuum and recharge our mini split system on the same day. Our house is much more comfortable, now that we have a working heat source. I would definitely recommend Rogue Valley Heating and Air to anyone.

Mario was wonderful! Came after hours and was professional, a smile on his face and knew what he was doing! Bravo! P.S. Give this young man a raise! 👍👍👏👏
