The office said they would be here 11-2 and Austin arrived promptly on time at 11 which I appreciated. Austin was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient answering my questions and I appreciated that as well.

Last month we got a new Daikin HVAC system installed. Today Les came out with our requested washable filter. He installed it and while he was here he had to do some rewiring to get the unit to function properly. We have a very complicated three zone system that we have had issues with for 25 years. It is now working as it should. Les was very friendly. He put up with me looking over his shoulder very well. He answered all of our questions.

Jayce called when he was a half hour away. He went above and beyond while checking everything to make sure we are ready to roll for a hot summer. He told me about things that are available, but did not push at all. And my ragdoll liked him, so that was a plus. This company is the best and I’m pleased to be a customer.

These guys were so helpful! We got an appointment no problem. Our technician, Joey, was super friendly. He did an exceptional job of making sure we understood everything. Austin, Victor, and Frank did fast and efficient work! 10/10

Our 24‑year‑old AC died on a Friday night, and this company went above and beyond. Jace took my call and was incredibly helpful, and Ryan came out quickly to get our old unit running for the weekend. Later that night, Matt arrived around 10pm with clear, pressure‑free options for a new system and helped us choose the right one. Silas and Victor installed the new unit Monday morning, gave great communication, explained everything, and made sure we knew they were available 24/7 if we ever needed help. Every person we dealt with was kind, professional, and made a stressful situation so much easier. Worth every penny. Highly recommend.

She went out of her way to see that I was taken care of, giving me the direction I needed and following up on it. It was very much appreciated during a stressful time.

Dylan and Ty are great. In fact, their whole team ( Shane and the engineer, sorry I forgot his name) is amazing. They are able to come to us on a weekend for our AC crises. Easy to work with and very professional. Would recommend them to all.

What a great company! Starting with our first phone call to Rogue Valley Heating, Cooling & Electrical - Greta was a delight to talk to. We had an immediate need and she worked to get us scheduled. The great service continue all the through to our repair technician Matt. He was thorough in completing an install of required venting. Matt also did a complete inspection and diagnostic of our HVAC equipment. He took plenty of time to go over his findings so we could fully understand +/- of maintaining our equipment especially for summer. He was personable and professional as well as being a very nice young man. We are so happy that we made a call to RVHC&E. We highly recommend putting them on speed dial 😃 for any future needs you may have. They get an A+ from us.

I'm updating a previous review. After my pre-season inspection (see below), I was given a very thorough bid for a complete new HVAC system by James of RV Heating & Cooling. I accepted it and the entire system, furnace and new Carrier house a/c, was installed very professionally and thoroughly by Dylan and Victor. They had to build a new rack for the furnace, add new conduit, and I'd asked to relocate the position of the outside AC unit, which had been installed before I'd moved into this house, 30 years ago, under a window. They were quick, efficient, neat, quiet, polite, and even filled me in on how to use the new Smart thermostat that went along with the new system. My previous HVAC system was well under capacity for this home, but this new one is awesome, especially with the hotter summers we're experiencing. I'd recommend Rogue Valley Heating, Cooling & Electrical for maintenance and new systems. The company also offered exceptional financing terms. --------------- Pre-season HVAC AC inspection. Great job, Mario was incredibly thorough, explained everything completely, is very honest, and a real nice guy. Spent hours inspecting and cleaning every facet of the AC.

Tony and Miles installed our first ever central air system. They worked hard all day and were very friendly and professional. Bradley Hamstengel came out to look at my air conditioner since it had a chemical smell and he tested it and was very thorough, knowledgeable and just overall great ! He explained the whole system to me and told me it was not a refrigeration problem or leak even though it says that is if you look it up online. This goes along with many inaccuracies on the internet . He was honest and knew what he was talking about. I highly recommend him and I will call him again if I need any repairs and know it will be done right . He also explained the air filter system I could get to clear out mold, bacteria, yeast, spores, mildew . I’m going to get this . Thank you Brad !
