Rogue Valley Heating Cooling, and Electrical were great, and the technician Jonathan was fantastic. Very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He discovered a faulty capacitor on our A/C unit and had one on the truck. We now have an ongoing maintenance plan. Thanks guys!

My wife and I have been customers of Rogue Valley Heating for five years and are very satisfied with the company. Our last Maintenance appointment was handled by Matthew Romaine and the service was exceptional. Matt is patient, thorough, and polite. We have requested him for all our future needs.

I had a great experience dealing with Rogue HVAC. I wanted to know if it was possible to put in a mini split in the Master bedroom. Jordan came out and we talked about different options. I decided the mini split was the best option. Jordan was great to work with! Very personable and knowledgeable The crew was just as good, they came out and got to work. They had to problem solve along the way, and they knew how to deal with no ‘attic access’ and having to adjust where the outside unit was going. The electrician had to adjust where the wires were going. It was an all day project, everybody worked together to make it happen. I’m very happy with the outcome and my choice to have Rogue HVAC do the job.

Austin did regular system maintenance and later replaced the plenum. He is very knowledgeable and did a very thorough job. He described everything to me in detail. Super nice and I can trust him to do superior work!

I believe Joey was very througho in presenting me with the necessary information including photos of the issues, in taking time to explain all of my options in order for me to make a well informed decision. I was very pleased with my entire experience with Rogue Valley Heating, Cooling and Electrical. Ryan came to check on our failing AC unit. Knowing we would most likely need a new unit, Ryan still gave us all our options for possible repairs. Ben then came over the same day to go over our options for a new unit. The next morning Daniel, Miles and Frank arrived with all the equipment and spent the day installing our new AC and furnace system. Daniel stayed to make sure I understood my new new thermostat and answered any questions I had. The experience was flawless from start to finish. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly and I had my new system the next day. Thank you!

Ryan Thompson performed my HVAC Maintenance today. He did an excellent job, was very polite and professional. He also did a wonderful job of explaining the answers to all of my questions.

Daniel, Miles and Kyle were super amazing. They did a complete new install in less than one day. Everyone was very polite and kind to interact with. Very pleasant experience. I should add that Matthew was great too.

Shane Thomas was an excellent technician! He was courteous, knowledgeable and detailed! Shane addressed the issues with our vents in the attic related to the new install of our heat pump in February! Shane was very thorough and explained everything he did with showing us pictures before and after! Very efficient, capable and personable! He even squeezed in time to do our maintenance🥰 We look forward to having him handle our maintenance in the future!
