I had a great experience with RV Heating. Craig came to do the bid and he was very professional, courteous, thorough and helpful. He spent at least 90 minutes here, thoroughly going over details, inspecting my ductwork. I was impressed with this because another company that gave me a bid, the guy was here maybe 10 minutes and didn't ask me anything except my email address. The guys who did the installation were polite, respectful, answered any questions I had and didn't mind me asking questions. They did a great job and everything works so well! My house is so much more comfortable and the heat pump doesn't run as long to cool it down. It's also very quiet, compared to the old unit. The 3 year, no interest financing is awesome too! I would highly recommend this company.

Joey was very helpful and answered all my questions. I appreciated his understanding of the problems with my current system and what needed to be done to get it to operate correctly.

This was not my introduction to this company. I have used them before. I was really impressed with the friendly, efficient, and professional manner with which the technician (Mario) performed his skills. He kept me informed about what he was doing, showed me the problem, was able to fix it on the spot, and did it all with a smile. Steven was able to take a look at our ductless system on the same day I called asking for help. Our AC stopped working on a house we just bought 3 months ago, and it’s the middle of summer. He was kind, transparent, and upfront about everything. It was such a good experience, we signed up for their annual maintenance program. Highly recommend!

After the tech arrived and during diagnostics the condenser blew up. Unable to be sure exactly why it happened though likely mechanical failure on a 40 year old unit they were out first thing next morning and replaced my entire unit free of charge! The integrity was bar none and I didnt even have to ask really. The customer service and stepping up regardless of fault will make me a life long customer. Joey was extremely professional, courteous, efficient and respectful. He explained what needed to take place with our unit so that we could understand and make an informed decision. We were very satisfied with his work.

I had Rogue Valley Heating come out for a yearly maintenance check on my HVAC unit. Justin Hadley was the technician that arrived. He immediately saw that my unit was struggling to keep my rooms cold. After performing his very thorough check up he found that my 15 y/o unit needed extensive service and parts. He also offered to have one of their salesmen give me a quote for a new unit with a better warranty. I’ve been depending on Rogue Valley heating and cooling to keep my units running for 5 yrs now, you should too!

I contacted Rogue Valley Heating, Cooling & Electric at 4:30 yesterday I waived the opportunity of an emergency visit but was still able to have the repairman here just after 11 am I had a very good experience today with Justin C. doing my repair as well as with the electrician Matt and Austin that gave us a replacement quote. Reasonable pricing to replace our 50+year old system and the time line is pretty much unheard of. The old unit was given a somewhat limited repair due to age and unavailability of replacement parts. The new unit will be installed and old unit disposed of all in one day. A very happy customer.

James was very professional as well as very personable when he came to install the circuit for our hot tub, as well as replace two outdoor outlets. They were able to get the job done in a very timely manner. The price was within the range of what we were expecting. We were both quite pleased with the work done by James & his apprentice, Kurt.

After a complete remodel of our Master Bathroom...it's finally done and beautiful because we started with a great design and lots of thought involved. The old bathroom was gutted from walls, to floor and partial ceiling. Everything was exposed down to the studs. With the help from Rogue Valley Electrical and two of their employees...Justa and Blake, we were able to make some changes in the locations and some additions of the new electrical outlets and lighting. Justa and Blake also made some suggestions while they were here working that we incorporated due to their vast experience from other jobs. The new indirect floor LED lighting is very nice in the middle of the night with an auto on/off motion sensor. They also came up with an idea to light the bathroom niche which has glass shelving embedded in the marble. Thanks again to Rogue Valley Electrical and Justa and Blake! Job well done!!!

Thank you Justin C. For going above and beyond to find the source of the water leak in my garage. After being out of town for a long time I came home to find water pooled around my hvac, black mold on the wall, and water flowing out of the garage. It appeared to be from the hvac but upon inspection of the system and going into the attic to check for leaks in pipes above, Justin concluded it must be from within the wall and a plumbing issue. Justin went above and beyond, pulling back the sogged drywall and insulation and found the leak coming from a copper plumbing pipe. Justin helped me shut off my main water line to prevent further damage until a plumber could come out.

Thank you, Justin for caring so much and being determined to help me find the problem. Your passion to deliver the best customer service is very appreciated.

Picked your company as it had received so many excellent reviews. Our AC stopped working late yesterday afternoon, when it was 102° outside. From the time of my initial phone call, which was approximately 7 PM, Jayce had everything up and running before 9 PM. I can’t begin to say how pleased we were with the services of your company and also of Jayce. He even took the time to go up in the attic and check the unit up there, luckily everything there was working well.
I will definitely be passing on the name of your company to anybody that needs this type of service. We also signed for the yearly maintenance program to be ahead of any problems.

I came home on a 100+ degree day to a 90 degree house with no A/C working. The HVAC company i have used previously was closed. Out of desperation I called Rogue Valley HVAC. Ryan came out quickly, was very thorough, took lots of pictures and spent quite a bit of time reviewing the pictures and explaining everything to me in a way that I mostly understood! I was very appreciative of his expertise, and hos information helped me make a decision quickly. I work in customer service and it is evident Ryan cares about his clients and giving great customer service!
