Alex and Silas installed my new unit today. They did an amazing job, were very informative explaining my new thermostat and app. They were respectful and got the job done efficiently.

Another great experience with Ben from RVHCE. He came out, explained everything that was going on with my unit, and got another guy out for a quote within the hour! Very pleased with Ben and the crew at Rogue Valley.

Ben did great! He explained averything thoroughly. Went over some safety issues and gave me the options to rectify the issues. He went through and made sure the unit was cleaned up and and in good working order. Highly recommended!

RVH&A came out quickly and diagnosed the problem. The tech explained everything and the costs up front. They ordered the part and got the appointment scheduled promptly. Very pleased with their service.

In our attic over the garage,patio and topped off over the remainder of the attic where we still had insulation. They were very attentive to our needs. Did the work different from normal. Through the front door.

There is nothing that Rogue Valley Heating and Air could have done better. Ben and Shane were friendly, professional, and efficient.
In January of 2026, Rusty serviced our Generac unit. He was very thorough and spent a lot of time cleaning it. In February of this year, Austin, Ty, and Frank installed an entirely new heating and cooling system. They worked diligently and efficiently, and were respectful of our home. We also met and received service from James, Justin, Taylor, and Tim. Every one of these persons conducted themselves in a professional manner, and appeared to be very knowledgeable, as well as friendly and courteous. They were quick to respond to our calls. Les came to our home to troubleshoot problems with our thermostat. He examined the entire system and found the problem. He was great.

Ryan Thompson from Rogue Valley Heating Cooling & Electrical came out today. Rogue Heating & Cooling had previously installed a new heat pump for us and we had some questions. Ryan was very knowledgeable, thorough, and super personable. He went over everything with us, giving us lots of options to consider. I would highly recommend.

Ben did wonderful he installed a part an gave good advice an very helpful setting up the app on my phone as well as giving good advice about mold problem! U guys have a wonderful friendly group of employees!

Daniel and Silas came out today to install our new Goodman HVAC unit. It's working sweet and the house is finally warm again without having to use space heaters. I highly recommend Rogue Valley Heating, Cooling and Electric for all your HVAC needs

Wow, this company is a pleasure to work with!! Our heater stopped working during a snowstorm and these guys were ON IT. Scott was patient and thorough, carefully diagnosing the problem, getting the part and had us back up and running in no time!! But beyond that, the customer service is impeccable!! Scott was friendly and funny, and he explained the whole process to a silly blonde woman. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys!! Don't go anywhere else!!

I woke on this snowy morning to a loud rattling noise coming from my heat pump. I called RVHCE and within an hour Jakob arrived to check it out. He was thorough and polite and did a great job evaluating the system and making sure everything was working well. Thank you!

Daniel & Ty did a fantastic job installing our ductless heat system! The speed and quality of work blew us away. Everything works great, and as a bonus they were so quiet they didn’t even disturb the baby’s nap! 💯 recommend!

Shane and Ben are the best, they showed up for my appointment ahead of schedule, promptly eased any apprehension i had toward my repair, explained any and all concerns i had, gave me expert advice on what part(s) i needed, discussed their maintenance programs, completed the service call with a smile a hardy handshake and thanked me for my business...In short i have made some new friends. Mario Audelo did an outstanding job working on my heater. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and explained everything in a clear, honest way. His workmanship was excellent, and he made sure everything was running perfectly before he left.

He was professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable. It’s hard to find someone you can truly trust, and Mario is definitely one of those people. I highly recommend him to anyone needing heater or HVAC repairs.

We had an HVAC inspection done and had a great experience. Ben was polite, professional, and thorough. I run an in-home business and he worked respectfully without disrupting our day at all. Highly recommend!

Requested a check up on my HVAC, Joey, the technician called ahead to let me know he had a slot available early, so he arrived early, which was nice. Joey discussed my possible concerns before inspecting the system. After inspection he went over the findings and conditions of the system using his iPad with point by point findings and pictorial documentation so I could see the conditions he found, which is very helpful. I’m somewhat informed about mechanical furnace and burners, as I retired from industrial sized Co-Gen power plant construction, but for customers who don’t understand HVAC, these pictorials are super helpful in understanding what’s needed for parts & labor make repairs. After reviewing the results, Joey discussed approximate costs and made sure things were cleaned up before leaving.
Rogue Valley heating, cooling, & electric is very timely, & thorough. They also offer special service plans that are very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them as a HVAC service company.
If you are lucky enough to get Joey as your service tech, you’ll be lucky, and very happy with his abilities, he was great!!
