It has been difficult finding a company to service our outdoor wood burning boiler. We were very fortunate to find the expertise we needed at Rogue Valley Heating. Codey has been great to work with! He understands the the system and evaluated each part until he found what was needed. He was always on time and very personable. Today he was training a new employee, so I also witnessed his great mentoring skills.

9.18.26: Had the crew out to add an attic fan and shoot in more insulation to bring it up to the 18 - 19 inch range again. Professionals who respect our home and did a fantastic job as usual. Shout out to Dylan and Victor for getting it done and leaving no mess. 👍👍 We had a complete new system installed. Everything went great. We highly recommend this Company. 09/20/2024: Rusty Baxter came out for our 1 year checkup. Tested the systems and cleaned up the outside unit coils. Great Guy ! Enjoyed meeting Him and chatting. 3/13/2025: Once again, Rusty came out for the pre-Summer checkup. Cleaned up, checked the systems, and provided excellent service. Great Guy, we felt very confident in his inspections and maintenance performed. A pleasure to chat with also 🙂 We'll be requesting that Rusty be added to our account as the preferred service tech.

I needed an outlet installed outside my house. They were able to get an appointment scheduled quickly, explained some options with the outlet, and had it up and running in no time!

The services that we received were electrical inspection for our home and cleaning fans located in bathrooms and laundry room. The technicians were knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to answer all our questions and explain the process. They did a great work.

Justin was very thorough, thoughtful without his explanation and a nice person.

It was frustrating but the worker did a great job figuring out how 2 fix my heater 2 make it work. So now I'm toasty warm thku u so very much 4 fixing my broken heater. Mario did a fantastic job & explained everything but im not able 2 afford a new heating system but it's still working & that's all that matters SGAIN THKU MARIO 4 A GREAT JOB GOD BLESS

Jakob Blacksmith (dope name btw) was here at 2pm on the dot for the 2-5pm window which is rare I feel. He was communicative and did a great job. So far RV heating and air have been a great service company for us

Matt and Jordan did maintenance today on the mini-splits in the rental where I live, and they were very professional. Both were friendly and respectful, and communicated well when explaining what they did and answering any questions I had. Great customer service 👍🏻

Austin is very professional and knowledgeable about his work. He is also a very polite young man and explained everything to us in detail for us to understand.
