I was contacted ahead of time when Les the technician was going to arrive. Les arrived right on time. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and answered all questions clearly and to our satisfaction. We were very happy with the service provided. There was no cost for this visit.

Jakob was great to work with. He took great care in performing the maintenance of our system. He explained to us how adding a part could extend the life of our compressor and added it quickly. He was pleasant to talk with and explained the current condition of our unit. Thank you Jakob!

I want to sincerely thank Rogue Valley Heating, Cooling, and Electrical for installing my new a/c and heating system. I lost my a/c on one of the hottest days this summer. They promptly came out and went into action! After a couple of days my new system was all done… I want to personally thank James, Scott, Kyle, and Randy… What a fantastic team!! I highly recommend them!! ❤️

Based on my son's recommendation from his having dealt with this company for several years now, I called RVHC to see about installing a mini-split system in my house. I was promptly set up with an appointment to get a quote. Grant was very knowledgeable and went over my options thoroughly. I signed the contract and within days, my mini-split was being installed. They did a meticulous job and I couldn't be happier. I'm amazed that since I've had this unit running, my allergies are a non-issue anymore. The unit Grant set me up with is efficiently handling my 1200 sq foot house. No more opening all my windows to trap in the cool morning air. As luck would have it, my well pump wiring failed me and I called RVHC. The huge redwood roots near my house damaged the wiring running to my electrical panel. Trenches needed to be dug to reroute the wiring and replace the existing wires. Not an easy project or a cheap one but they got me back in business. Through all of this I have to say that everyone of their employees, from their office personnel to the mini-split installers and their electricians couldn't have been more pleasant to deal with. The workmanship in all areas was top notch. I couldn't be more pleased. Special kudos to Joe, Matt, and Gab for having such a great attitude and doing wonderful work. It is obvious to me that RVHC hires quality and skilled employees. I am certainly a very satisfied customer!

Would definitely recommend we had a guy named Les come out. The company who installed our unit said they couldn't help us till minday and our house was roasting due to some weird electrical issue. Rogue valley heating and air said we can come out today, not making me wait in heat till monday. My kids on a medicine where he cant be in heat and I really appreciate the quick fast and awesome service. I appreciate les he was a nice man and did a great job. Definitely give this place a call they are even reasonable priced.Thank you Les we appreciate you coming to save us.

Technician Jakob came and replaced a HVAC blower motor that went bad on our old system. He then diligently kept working, late on a Friday evening, to solve why our system was not responding properly, combing through all components and pinpointing the thermostat. He promptly replaced the thermostat and got our HVAC system back up and running on a hot August day.

James did an excellent job so much that I signed up for the upgrade. Very impressed

Jakob was polite and did a throrough inspection the of the AC. He showed me pictures of what was showing signs of wear and tear. Recomended the twice a year maintenance of HVAC, which I purchased. My unit is 20 years old now and is running well due to Rogue Valley Heating and Air. Thank you so much!

Dom was very nice but not a lot I can say about what was done. I am trusting she did what I paid for but I have no way to check. 6 months later- Jakob was here and was very personable and efficient. Did a great job of explaining what he did and any reccommendations.
