Matt Nelson did an excellent job installing my backup generator! I really appreciated his clear communication, great coordination, and flexibility throughout the entire process. Matt also ran power and connected my hot tub back in 2025, and it’s been great to see that he continues to provide the same level of professionalism, quality, and attention to detail. I’m extremely happy with the work and would definitely recommend Matt to anyone looking for reliable, professional electrical service. Great work and excellent service!

Professional experience. Their employees are polite and Michael is extremely knowledgeable about HVAC and what to do with any problem encountered.

Mike Levine from Rogue Valley Heating, Cooling and Electrical provided excellent HVAC service. He was professional, thorough, and careful in his work, and the quality of the service met a high standard. He replaced a condenser that could have caused a serious problem down the line, and took the time to perform a detailed inspection and explain what he checked. I especially appreciated receiving the HVAC Safety Inspection Form by email afterward. It documents many of the checks Mike performed and includes photos, which made the work easy to understand and review. The service was also reasonably priced. I’d gladly recommend Mike and Rogue Valley Heating, Cooling and Electrical.

Vincent, an electrician with RVHCE came out this afternoon to do a free inspection of our electrical service on our 12 year old home. He was quick and efficient. He found on outdoor plug that wasn't working properly and repaired it in a few minutes. No charge, and everything else was okay. Excellent service.

Joey provided the semi annual maintenance on my mini split yesterday. He was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated his explanations of what to look for that indicates problems with my unit, as it is 11 years old. Good information!

I had an appt. For Friday but they called this morning because someone else cancelled their appt. And so woola! Service on Wednesday instead of Friday! Cody showed up early this morning, so what was going to be a miserably hot day turned into a pleasant, albeit expensive day. Cody suggested a built in air purifier which takes pollen and allergens out of the air. I had been thinking about getting an air purifier because we have 3 dogs and I thought it may make our air quality better. So I accepted the suggestion and he installed it. The invoice is so general in description it was hard to recognize all the technical things Cody indicated he did with "capacitors" and several other things. I thought the cost of $2,578 was a bit excessive but does include service for a couple of important weather changes and includes the cost of in house filters. Overall I have the A/C fixed, an air purifier and a tall guy that can change the filters without a ladder, and some future maintenance service. The review above was done on 9/29/25. Matt Romaine and Jake were here today (exactly one year later 9/29/26) for my annual check-up. I renewed for another year. They inspected the inside (and outside) of my Heating and Air Conditioning systems and gave me a detailed report. They said the inside of the blower motor fan was dirty and the service to Clean that would be (they gave me a number) and would take about an hour but I would have to schedule it for after the first of the month because they are in the chaos of end of month and are booked out solid. Both Jake and Matthew were very personable, petted the dogs, made me feel at ease, explained everything to me (although I am not sure how much I retained, it's been a big brain cram day) and sent a copy of it all with technicolor pictures of all the parts/wires and things I don't know what they really do, but it all looks very interesting. I appreciated their patience with me and my questions. They changed two of the three filters because they didn't have the correct size for one of my intake "rock catcher" filters and Matthew PROMISED he would come back out next week with the correct size and change that one. So, looking forward to seeing Matthew and my new filter next week. Overall, this is a good company, with good follow up, and good people working for them.

Showed up on time and was very professional.

We were out of State when we had an electrical problem with our main service panel. Our tech responded quickly and informed us of everything that they had observed as it related to our problem. Very pleased with the temporary repair and quote for a full panel replacement.

Jakob Blacksmith Showed up on time, worked efficiently, great communication and knowledge.

Mario was polite and professional. He examined our system and recommended things that needed to be done. We have used Rogue Valley heating, cooling & electrical for years. We recommend them.

Codey came and fixed a part for us. He was very informative in our questions.

I have been stressing forever with my house on electrical and by an act of God matt came over going out of his way to help me with my power problem and fixed so many and was the most human kindness iv had in a long while and I look forward to doing more further service with you guys! Matt, came to do an inspection on the new unit we had installed a year and a half ago. He did a great!!! job and informed us of something that they would keep an eye on in the future. My son talked to Matt about having an addition attached to our already amazing unit. It would clean our air of orders, dust, viruses, and other things. And just about an hour and a half earlier the young man’s boss called him and informed him of a sale on the addition we needed. Matt took the time to install the new addition to our unit. I am so grateful this was done while he was here. Matt was very polite and professional. I wish him many good year's with Rogue Valley Heating, Cooling, and Electrical. We just had our system serviced from Scott, and had a previous house call with Brad, both techs were fantastic! They obviously have a huge wealth of knowledge and are stand up people all around. It is obvious they live by their motto, they must like what they do, and I do too! Real class acts, the both of them. We will always stick with RV heating, cooling, and electric so long as they continue to send great techs like Scott and Brad!
