Rogue Valley Heating and Air are definitely one of the Best HVAC companies in the area. Customer oriented and knowledgeable about their products. I would recommend them for any of your HVAC needs. Upgraded to a semi annual maintenance program to ensure both my heating and air conditioning systems will provide the comfort we need in both winter and summer conditions. Our service technician, David was very thorough and knowledgeable in the HVAC business.

Justin was very thorough and kept me very well informed through the maintenance process. He was also extremely patient with my overly curious toddler! If you get Justin during your maintenance, you’ll be very lucky!

David was very professional and knowledgeable , I was out of town and my wife was home , he explained what the issue was to my wife and showed her what the problem was and showed her something on the unit that we never knew we had which was the cause of the problem was a very easy fix . Being out of town he had my wife call me and he explained in detail to me what the issue was . Would highly recommend his company and him for any repairs on your heating and cooling unit. Going to have them start doing annual maintenance on our system

Ben came by for a service call. It was mostly to answer questions about the operation of my mini split. He was so nice and helpful and professional. He answered all of my questions and i now feel more confident! Thank you Ben!

Today Alec D and Angel came and installed a mini split system in my home. They were both so courteous and friendly i felt immediately at ease having them in my house. I honestly had no idea how much work went into installing one of these. They knew everything about the job and i feel very confident about the install. Normally i would hate having workmen here all day but with these guys it really was ok!

Great service as always. We have used a couple other HVAC companies in this area and Rouge Valley Heating and Air have been by far the best. Reliable, always on time and good costomer service all around. I highly recommend getting there service contact, we love knowing we have a company that will come out in the event of an emergency. Great service! The maintenance call was answered quickly, the technician David Medina was able to come earlier then scheduled, which was great! He was very polite and knowledgeable of the system, he was able to address the issue and get parts ordered promptly. Highly recommend this company, and appreciate the technicians efficiency and professionalism.

Ryan was knowledgeable and reassuring. He explained not just what needed to be done but why, and helped our family stay comfortable during a pretty alarming situation. I would happily recommend Rogue Valley Heating and Air, and more specifically, Ryan Feeny to ANY homeowner in need of HVAC service, maintenance, or repair.

We had a new furnace installed on 12/11/2025. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable, thoughtful and helpful. They were on time and completed the installation in a timely manner. They fixed some unrelated duct problems with the old system beyond our contract agreement. They were careful to explain exactly what they were doing and why in an understandable way. They cleaned up after the job and took the old equipment away.

Mario was so helpful & kind. I was struggling to set the thermostat, it’s not user friendly, he took the time to get it set & explained what he did. Not all heroes wear capes!!!

When Rogue Valley Heating and Air called to schedule my appointment, I requested Rusty. A time was set, but Rusty's schedule changed, I was asked if they could send another technician. I said no I'd wait until Rusty was available. This is my second time having Rusty come and do the maintenance on my system. He is very thorough. I appreciate that he is considerate and thorough. I will request him the next time there is need for a service tech from Rogue Valley heating and air.

They installed a new whole house generator and the results are fantastic. Everything from permits to trenching to wiring was handled professionally and promptly. Excellent work and follow up support.

David and Bryan came to do our yearly maintenance, and per usual with this company, the guys were great! Showed up on time, were respectful of our home, clear on what they were doing, gave us all the information and left us feeling confident that our system was working perfect. Always a 5 star experience.

David, Victor, Tony, the design crew, the repair team were all great. They were professional and made things happen FAST! It was a hard pkg to buy right before Christmas but the guys were all very understanding and felt bad for us.

I scheduled routine maintenance on my HAVC, Rusty was very courteous and informative. He took several pictures of my system so that I can see the issue and explained things to me. Alex and Ty came to my home at the scheduled time to install my new HVAC. They were also very courteous,personable and made sure that I understood my new system. I would highly recommend this company.

The crew: David, Miles and Victor, did a fabulous job installing my new HVAC in my home and a new ductless system in my Airbnb Cottage. They were super knowledgeable and considerate of my personal preferences in placing the units. The electricians were very helpful in informing me of possible issues with wiring that wasn’t a part of the installation. I’m confident in the service and products that Rogue Valley Heating and Air provided.

UPDATE: 12/3/25 We just had all of our ducts replaced by Daniel, Angel, Miles, David, and Victor. They were extremely hardworking and non intrusive. They did an amazing job on this big project, we are extremely grateful for the care they took.

Incredible service!! They were kind, attentive, honest and thorough. I felt comforted with how much they were willing and able to explain about my heating and cooling systems and the support they provided. My technician was Ryan Feeny and provided 4 star service. James fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He was very thorough and detailed about things we need to look out for with our aging furnace. Reasonably priced and fast service.

Our HVAC system chose to quit when temperatures were above 100. My regular "go to" was busy but Rogue Valley responded within two days. Very satisfied with the quick service and knowledgeable technicians.
