I had rogue valley install an amazing furnace and thermostat. The new equipment did not want to play nice with my existing A/C unit, but in the end the General Manager Paxton stepped in personally and adressed the issue to my complete satisfaction. It was refreshing, especially on a large investment, to get that level of customer service and satisfaction.

AAA+++ Service as always. Jakob was awesome! He performed a routine system maintenance, full inspection & minor repairs to keep my system running super efficiently. Plus he left the six-year old equipment looking brand new. Thanks so much.

Great job by Scott Hoffscheider. Very thorough and explained everything had done during the service call.

Had some problems with our heat pump, they sent out Ryan to do some diagnosing and he was so sweet and respectful. Made sure he took his time diagnosing and taking pictures to show what is exactly going on. Also took his time explaining everything and making sure we understood everything while not causing more stress. Most definitely recommend the company. They also have payment plan options to help if you are going through financial hardships.

Scott knows his limitation and reached out to his team with a follow up call. This is how business should be done. Look forward to his follow up with my customer needs.

The entire team at Rogue Valley Heating and Cooling are amazing. From Greta answering the phone to Ryan getting here and getting my installation on Saturday for new Heating and cooling which they don't work usually. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Our HVAC system chose to quit when temperatures were above 100. My regular "go to" was busy but Rogue Valley responded within two days. Very satisfied with the quick service and knowledgeable technicians.

Alex and Silas installed my new unit today. They did an amazing job, were very informative explaining my new thermostat and app. They were respectful and got the job done efficiently.

Another great experience with Ben from RVHCE. He came out, explained everything that was going on with my unit, and got another guy out for a quote within the hour! Very pleased with Ben and the crew at Rogue Valley.

Ben did great! He explained averything thoroughly. Went over some safety issues and gave me the options to rectify the issues. He went through and made sure the unit was cleaned up and and in good working order. Highly recommended!

RVH&A came out quickly and diagnosed the problem. The tech explained everything and the costs up front. They ordered the part and got the appointment scheduled promptly. Very pleased with their service.

Eric and Ty installed insulation
In our attic over the garage,patio and topped off over the remainder of the attic where we still had insulation. They were very attentive to our needs. Did the work different from normal. Through the front door.

There is nothing that Rogue Valley Heating and Air could have done better. Ben and Shane were friendly, professional, and efficient.
In January of 2026, Rusty serviced our Generac unit. He was very thorough and spent a lot of time cleaning it. In February of this year, Austin, Ty, and Frank installed an entirely new heating and cooling system. They worked diligently and efficiently, and were respectful of our home. We also met and received service from James, Justin, Taylor, and Tim. Every one of these persons conducted themselves in a professional manner, and appeared to be very knowledgeable, as well as friendly and courteous. They were quick to respond to our calls. Les came to our home to troubleshoot problems with our thermostat. He examined the entire system and found the problem. He was great.

Ryan Thompson from Rogue Valley Heating Cooling & Electrical came out today. Rogue Heating & Cooling had previously installed a new heat pump for us and we had some questions. Ryan was very knowledgeable, thorough, and super personable. He went over everything with us, giving us lots of options to consider. I would highly recommend.

Ben did wonderful he installed a part an gave good advice an very helpful setting up the app on my phone as well as giving good advice about mold problem! U guys have a wonderful friendly group of employees!

Daniel and Silas came out today to install our new Goodman HVAC unit. It's working sweet and the house is finally warm again without having to use space heaters. I highly recommend Rogue Valley Heating, Cooling and Electric for all your HVAC needs

Man, every time these guys come out they are just first class. Each guy is a great communicator and extra thorough. This time we had Joey Wilson and he was just so nice and helpful. We are big fans of these guys. Great work.
