We got our new HVAC installed yesterday. Austin and Angel did a great job. They were very professional and worked hard to get it done in one day.

He did a great job and explained how the original installation was not done right. We received a unit that was 3 years old. He apologized that the maintenance contract that we paid for was never done which was one of the main reasons unit failed.

Mario was very responsive, fast, professional and efficient in getting our heat back up and running at our commercial office space in Rogue River. Def would recommend!

Shane was so kind and professional! He took the time to thoroughly clean each component and then explain all of the maintenance completed afterwards. He put on shoe covers every time he entered the house (which we really appreciated since we have 2 kids crawling around) and spoke as if he truly cared about maintaining our furnace and AC. Rogue Valley Heating & Air did a great job repairing our air conditioner! They were very quick at finding the problem & had the replacement part within a few days ; then were able to come & do the repair the next day. Everything was up & running again within 5 days! Thank you Cody!

I don't want to use this venue to bash a company that sold me a system and then refused to make things right when it failed, but this event is what brought me to Rogue Valley H&A. This occurred a little while back and it was a duct problem that had me call RVH&A once I was told by the other company they do not do duct work. I was fortunate to have made the call I did. RVH&A responded the next day and I could not have been happier. Following their fix, I signed up for their maintenance program. This brings me to yesterday when Jacob came out for my check up. It didn't take long for Jacob to ask deeper questions about the unit and report his findings. When we purchased the unit from the other company, we bought a unit larger than what was needed. Jacob let us know the problem with this was it was installed with all the support of the original smaller unit. Our furnace needed 1400 CFM of air to properly operate and was installed with just the original 800 CFM air return. Another way of saying this, we bought a big block V8 engine and were still running the 4 cylinder carburetor on it. It needed to breath. Enter Craig, an estimator. Jacob filled in Craig on what was going on with his findings. Craig then crawled up into the attic and devised the plan. All of this was fully and carefully explained to me and my wife. We agreed. Then today came. We were visited by Austin and Silas who immediately got to work. I'm going to shorten up ALL these two did today by simply saying it was an 9 hour day for them. And they were as wonderful as everyone else we've dealt with with RVH&A. And we now have the system we bought a few years ago acting like the big block V8 we bought from someone else. RVH&A treated us as though we had bought from them. I know we're not Rogue Valley H&A's only customer, but they sure treat us as if we're their favorite.

David diagnosed the problem with our old system and gave us some good options to repair or replace, he was very knowledgeable and professional. Austin and Silas installed our new system fast and efficiently. They made sure it was running properly and taught us how to use the new smart thermostat.

I’d like to nominate Joey Wilson at Rogue Valley Heating, Cooling & Electrical as the best service provider that I have ever encountered. He was professional and helpful, explaining what he was doing and why. In the end, Joey outlined the maintenance and repairs that may be needed in the future, and noted these. In the end, I was completely satisfied with his work, explanations and cordial demeanour. ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️

Joey was fantastic. Our heater stopped working and RVHC&E had Joey here in about an hour. It turns out our furnace was DOE. Joey had excellent pictures of the problems, and explained everything thoughtfully and thoroughly. He called in a coworker for a second opinion before pronouncing our system dead. This company hires only the best. We will have a new furnace fully installed tomorrow. I have used Rogue Valley in the past, and will always use them in the future. If you need service in Grants Pass, call them and ask for Joey. You won't be disappointed.

Taylor explained every aspect of mantaince he did and asked if any problems, In my case wasn’t enough heat it coming out. Taylor fixed it,due to heat pump being old what part needs keep eye on. Would like to keep Taylor as my regular maintenance guy

I just finished a session with Taylor. He was truly an example of what one hopes to get when you have a problem with something like your heat. At this time of year. He did a professional job and kept me informed of what he was doing at all times. In other words he was wonderful. I had a part go out that left a lot of options on what to do and he explained each one. I am beginning to think that this is really a company to stick with. No, they have not paid me to say these things.

We had Joey come take a look at a pilot light that wouldn’t stay lit and got SO MUCH MORE! He did an incredibly thorough job of checking our systems, walking us through our options and was so incredibly patient and knowledgeable with first time home owners. We’ve used Rogue Valley HC&E a few times before at our rental and will be using them and Joey for all our future needs in our new house. We feel like we are in such good hands!

Technician Justin did a fantadtic job diagnosing my older system and explaining what all was going on. I appreciate his expertise and professional manor. And the businesses annual membership.

Shane Thomas did an excellent job with the annual inspection and maintenance of my heat pump. He went above and beyond in cleaning up a very old machine to make it look shiny again. Shane was professional, courteous and did a great job of explaining what he found. I now have a clear understanding to make an informed decision about whether to repair my unit or replace it. I've always had great experiences with Rogue Valley Heating, Cooling, and Electrical and would highly recommend them.

My first experience with RV Heating-Cooling was during the summer when my other service provider was unable to come out. They did such a good job repairing my AC, I signed up for their yearly club, which covered the cost of my A/C system maintenance, done today. There was nothing wrong with the system, but the heat pump is 13 years old and some parts have been replaced by another provider. Shane, the tech who called and came out on time as expected, did a thorough cleaning of the inside and outside of the unit, tested internal parts, and took photos as he worked, documenting what he was seeing and doing. He explained what he saw and that despite having an older system, it was in good shape and no further action was needed at this time. He had mentioned the possible additon of a surge protector, quoting a reasonable price, but before he left mentioned that he had looked at things again and due to the setup we already have it would be unnecessary to add it. Brian - who was shadowing Shane today - spotted a bunch of nails left by a roofing company we had re-roof our house - inside the fan area of the unit. They removed those too. Both techs were friendly, and their honesty and professionalism, was much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to others based upon customer service on the phone (good communication) and in the field. In the future, I wouldn't hesitate to call them to fix or replace my heat pump and I expect I'll be calling them to help me with some electrical work too. Thank you RV Heating, Cooling & Electrical!

I had an issue with my thermostat and Joey had come out at the end of the day and was prompt, courteous, and very friendly! I really appreciate the experience and his helpful manner.

My heater went out on Halloween. I called right away in the morning and got an appointment for the same day. Jayce came out and had the issue fixed very quickly. I was impressed by his kindness, knowledge and helpfulness. Not only did he fix the issue, but he gave our heater a quick run through and made sure there would not be any other issues. I will definitely use Rogue Valley Heating again.
