Scott was absolutely amazing ! He had the best sense of humor but was still very professional. With in mins he knew exactly what was wrong with are a/c unit. He went over all the options with us. And had are unit up and running within the hour. We were soo nervous that we couldn’t get anyone to come fix are a/c unit due to the holiday weekend but from the time my husband called the company and Scott fixing it only took about 2 hours over all. We are truly blessed that Scott came and saved the day.

JD is an exemplary service representative of the Rogue, with excellent work and outstanding customer service. We would highly recommend this company and JD for fast, reliable service at a great price.

SCOTT IS AMAAAAZING!!! More than 5 Stars! He was very efficient, personable, and not a high pressure type of sales person! He took the time and patience to go over everything he found, and also gave us an estimate on a few things he felt we needed and things that would make our AC run more efficiently. We purchased some future repairs and was Very Happy to know that he’s going to be the one to come back and do the work! Thank You Scott!

Rogue Valley heating cooling and electrical was a pleasure to deal with on all levels. James was informative and helpful in making our decision and Dylan, Ty., Randy and Chris did the job in one day and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend them for all your heating and air needs!

The techs that come to my house are very professional and thorough. They explain things well and they’re patient if I have questions. Very nice employees. They discuss my options so I know how I can save money and what the risks are. They take pictures of everything so I can see what the issues are inside the system. The office is run well, organized and responsive. It’s easy to get an appointment and they always get here on time. I have a plan where they come out every six months. It’s only $200 every year or two, I think it’s worth it. I highly recommend these guys!

Ryan was good at connecting with us prior to the appointment and efficiently carried out the inspection. He did a good job of explaining what he was doing.

I HIGHLY recommend this company! Vincent was flawless. He explained what he was doing, what he was looking for, how the amps for the breaker works and replaced our breaker so fast! He was able to diagnose and fix the issue in under an hour. He was professional and extremely nice. Will definitely be coming back to this company for any future problems!

Rusty was great and answered all my questions. Called backup who came readily to assist with a specific issue. All were helpful and efficient. Everyone were professional on time and very thorough.

Jonathan called ahead to let me know he was 10 minutes out. Arrived, asked about anything I noticed that might be a problem, I mentioned the evaporator staying on longer than it used to. Jonathan went through the system, checked the blower, and thermostat, checked parameters of the unit and talk to me about my older system. Also suggested a couple things that could help with overall costs of running my HVAC. Jonathan was straight forward, friendly, super confident in his abilities, and very honest. Job was done timely and professionally.

What a great company! Starting with our first phone call to Rogue Valley Heating, Cooling & Electrical - Greta was a delight to talk to. We had an immediate need and she worked to get us scheduled. The great service continue all the through to our repair technician Matt. He was thorough in completing an install of required venting. Matt also did a complete inspection and diagnostic of our HVAC equipment. He took plenty of time to go over his findings so we could fully understand +/- of maintaining our equipment especially for summer. He was personable and professional as well as being a very nice young man. We are so happy that we made a call to RVHC&E. We highly recommend putting them on speed dial 😃 for any future needs you may have. They get an A+ from us.
