Courteous, clean, prompt....will have him again!!!!

Ben showed up on time as promised. Completed the tasks requested and was pleasant to interact with. He liked our dog also.

Ben arrived at set time, friendly, and prepared for the work. He did the inspection, finding a bad capacitor. He had the part in his van, so it was replaced and we are ready for summer.
BONUS: Ben is pet-friendly. My 2 pups didn't bother him at all.
This is my second time using Rogue Valley and I do highly recommend them. Quality service and reasonable rates.

They were professional and thorough. One thing that might be a small thing but I caught is that before they enter the house, they put covers on their shoes. They gave me good advice and recommendations, and didn't try to sell me anything.

Rogue Valley Heating, Cooling & Electrical has the best HVAC service in Grants Pass. They've been helping me for years. Recently Jay did an annual maintenance check on the home we built in 2018. As expected, everything A OK. Thanks!

Pre-season HVAC AC inspection. Great job, Mario was incredibly thorough, explained everything completely, is very honest, and a real nice guy. Spent hours inspecting and cleaning every facet of the AC.

Super knowledgeable and friendly! Unfortunately our HVAC was toast but he got a design specialist out within the hour and they gave us a great quote and offered to install it in the next 48 hours.

I had the pleasure of having Alex and Frank at my house today installing a new package heat pump.
These two gentlemen are very knowledgeable, kind and conscience.
They did a great job and are an asset to your company, I would give them 10 stars if possible.
I highly recommend them both.

Ty and Silas came out today to install my new heat pump. They called and gave me a heads up when they were on the way and showed up on time. They were respectful and very professional, they walked me through the whole setup. I appreciate them very much!

Joey did a great job of completely going through my entire system. He went over everything with me in great detail. Very impressed with him, his professionalism and personality!

Jayce and his partner did an excellent job diagnosing and cleaning our gas fireplace. Joyce called to let me know he was on his way and was in the time frame he scheduled to come out to our house. Would definitely recommend him and RHCE company again.
Update:
We had issues with our HVAC; Gas fireplace and gas cooktop and Jayce again was excellent! Explained everything! I highly recommend his company and Jayce! I appreciate as most people do; an honest company and service representative.

Alex and Kyle took care of removing our old unit which was not easy. They got us all set up with our new system and took extra time to show me how to set it to keep our home comfortable.

Ryan Thompson (I called him the Thompsonator ) really put my mind at ease. He came in and fixed up my whole system that a team from another place fumbled. He was courteous and professional and I would welcome him back into my home if ever I needed service again. Here's to being able to use my heat & AC again without constant worry.

Great service. Ryan was very knowledgeable, friendly, and did a thorough job. I called and they sent out a serviceman the next day. I was given options on how to continue with my needs and financial ability.

Our tech Scott was great. Walked me through everything that was wrong with our system, made the necessary repairs and part replacements, and got our HVAC system working great again. They do have after hours service, but we decided to wait until the next day. He was here very quickly, immediately got to work, and the work was done quickly. Will definitely be using Rogue River for any future HVAC work we need! Thanks again.

Wow! My air conditioning unit quit working last night and went on Rogue Valley’s website where I found I could schedule an appointment for the following morning. The office called first thing in the morning and within a half hour Dominique and James arrived at my home. As a retired general contractor, I know how hard it is to find good people and Dominique and James were absolutely amazing. They fixed the problem and were completed by 9 am! The pricing was more than fair and they have a service program that I purchased to assure my system continues to operate efficiently. I highly recommend Rogue Valley Heating and Air!

Follow up 2/13/2025. I utilized the service program I purchased earlier and they scheduled an appointment within a couple of days. Ben arrived on time and did a thorough review of our heating system along with replacing our filters and cleaning of the unit. Ben notice that the gas pressure was a bit low and adjusted it for better performance and replace an aging capacitor. As before excellent service and professional staff.

Follow up 9/10/2025. Got my second service through the service program I purchased about a year ago. Mario provided excellent service and was a pleasure to have him in our home. I like the service program as well as the customer service provided in the past so I renewed for another year.

Update 3/10/2026. Had annual service performed on the heating system today. Joey Wilson did an excellent job and explained everything to me. It’s a great feeling to know these guys are keeping my systems clean and functioning. I highly recommend this company.

Scott Hoffsheider was awesome! He came out told us what we didn’t understand on how to work the systems and got units up and running quickly. And he serviced everything so we are good to go. We got them signed up to do our yearly maintenance now also. Super happy with his service!

The crew Alex , Ty, and Erick arrived on time and went to work replacing my HVAC system and had it done in a timely manner and we're very professional and did a very good job with no issues and worked with me to get the old unit out of the attic so they could get the new one in very difficult in the attic with very little room to work thank you for your hard work it was a pleasure working with you and Rouge Valley Heating and Cooling & Electrical.

Austin and Frank were incredible. Knowledgeable, courteous and our house is nice and warm again.
Mario originally troubleshot the problem on Friday and while the 25+ year old furnace was past the point of return, he contacted Shane who gave us a reasonable replacement estimate and we agreed. Can't say enough about these four men. Excellent!!
