Dom was very nice but not a lot I can say about what was done. I am trusting she did what I paid for but I have no way to check. 6 months later- Jakob was here and was very personable and efficient. Did a great job of explaining what he did and any reccommendations.

8-26-26:had my yearly maintenance done on my 2 units Austin did an amazing job took the time to explain and show me what he did, along with a test that had been missed by the last inspector. Thank you. SO. I had a whole home surge protector put on my PW box at the first of the Month.10/01/2025. I have had 2 PW outages & a check from my generator as well and not 1 blip, no rebooting ( work from home ) every time PW goes out now . The customer services I have received in the past and even now w/ new Owner , has been flawless. the staff has been amazing and cannot just say something nice about 1 person when all deserve the credit, for customer service , communication w/ the client , & they will get your questions answer if not by the person on site , but have a great back up , check w/ other staff ( senior staff ). I have experienced this first hand had trouble w/ my thermostat ( could not get it to connect to my new modem). the staff who arrived tried to fix it but w/ no luck -they called a senior staffer who answered questions right away and all was fixed . so thank you to all of the Staff at Rouge Valley Heating, Cooling & Electrical for a Job well do!!!

Brandon came over on a very busy day, with Rogue Valley also putting in a generator. He was kind and understanding, explained every step and made sure I was enlightened on what to expect and how to get ahold of anyone if I needed help or had questions. He put in a purifier, and the difference already is amazing. I recommend Rogue Valley for all your heating and air conditioning needs! They are always polite and informative.

Last night was the first night in nearly a month where my husband and I were able to sleep soundly in a properly air conditioned home! RVHC came to our rescue and we have a new system - all in less than 48 hours of first contacting them. Big shout out to our installers Tony, Ty, and Bryan who did a fabulous job at the install and to Grant who helped walk us through the options and benefits to make an informed decision. We are very thankful for the prompt service and solution - especially in this heat wave!

We had our annual inspection of our new furnace and air conditioner. Serviced by Scott Hoff Schneider and his colleague Jake this afternoon. They were both very professional, proficient, and easy to work with. The whole service was educational, and all of our questions were answered. Some additional services were offered without high-pressure sales, which was appreciated. Rogue Valley heating has been a great company to work with and when they send representatives out to our homes, such as these too, they are well represented. Not only did they do the service but made sure that we understood our equipment and had the time to ask any questions. Great experience. As this was an annual review as part of our purchase price last year, we were not charged, however, we did sign up for their annual services of both electrical review of our home and review of our furnace and air conditioner two times a year

Scott and Jake were super professional, knowledgeable, family friendly and did a fantastic job methodically troubleshooting issues we had on a pair of Mini split ac units. They got everything solved and running can’t recommend enough.

I I just had a service call from Joey with Rogue Valley Heating. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions and concerns. He did his job in a timely manner in the time allotted. Joey let me know what he was doing and going to be doing along the way. I've never had any problems with any of the servicemen or office personnel while I've been with Rogue Valley Heating. I'm very happy with the company. Definitely 5 stars!!

Had JD install outside lights and fix issues with breakers that had been tripping. This is the 2nd time he has been out to help us. He is friendly and very efficient. We are very happy with his work and won't hesitate to have him here again.

Rogue Valley Heating came out to troubleshoot my air conditioning system and it was discovered that the blower wheel (Squirrel cage) was out of round. They informed me I needed a new motor. They replaced my original 3/4 hp with a universal motor that was 1/5th hp. and mentioned the RPM was fine and that was what was important. The "fix" was blowing considerably less than my original and I told them I wanted the same motor hp that was required because the air flow was horrible. So they ordered a new OEM motor and a new blower unit. A week later installed the new motor and it was faulty - it filled the house with smoke. after researching the issue, it was determined that the new motor had a problem and they sent it back for a second replacement. Meanwhile they put my original motor back in temporarily, because it had better power than the universal motor. The new blower fan and my original motor - things seemed to be working fine. A week later the 2nd new motor was installed and so far things seem to be working. I questioned if I actually needed a new motor in the first place and they said it was up to me to keep the old motor or replace it with the new one. I stated, that I was not the expert and to do what they recommended. So they replaced my old current motor with the new motor. As I said, I am not an expert, but I wonder if my old motor would have been fine? or would it have caused problems. I guess after the trouble they went through, I felt they took care of my heating and air issue. The now motor is louder than previously, but I guess that's just the way it needs to be. Thanks for the help getting it corrected.

Had issues with our A/C. Joey called ahead, came on time, was courteous, and explained the issues clearly. The A/C works great now. Highly recommended.

We have had issues with our A/C for months! Had a technician out 3 times before and every time we were told our system was working as it should. No fault of the previous technicians, but we were at a complete loss and felt like we were going crazy because we knew something was wrong, and couldn’t understand why no one could find the issue. Then we meet Ryan, he shows up, does his checks, speaks with us about everything we’re experiencing, goes outside for a bit and comes back with a solution! We finally know the issue thanks to Ryan! Ryan if you see this, thank you so much for your time and effort in helping us! We appreciate you!
