Wow! My air conditioning unit quit working last night and went on Rogue Valley’s website where I found I could schedule an appointment for the following morning. The office called first thing in the morning and within a half hour Dominique and James arrived at my home. As a retired general contractor, I know how hard it is to find good people and Dominique and James were absolutely amazing. They fixed the problem and were completed by 9 am! The pricing was more than fair and they have a service program that I purchased to assure my system continues to operate efficiently. I highly recommend Rogue Valley Heating and Air! Follow up 2/13/2025. I utilized the service program I purchased earlier and they scheduled an appointment within a couple of days. Ben arrived on time and did a thorough review of our heating system along with replacing our filters and cleaning of the unit. Ben notice that the gas pressure was a bit low and adjusted it for better performance and replace an aging capacitor. As before excellent service and professional staff. Follow up 9/10/2025. Got my second service through the service program I purchased about a year ago. Mario provided excellent service and was a pleasure to have him in our home. I like the service program as well as the customer service provided in the past so I renewed for another year. Update 3/10/2026. Had annual service performed on the heating system today. Joey Wilson did an excellent job and explained everything to me. It’s a great feeling to know these guys are keeping my systems clean and functioning. I highly recommend this company. Update 8/3/2026. Today was annual AC service performed by Ryan. Ryan was very thorough and even checked my ductwork under the house. In my opinion, it continues to be a worthwhile investment to have these guys check and service my HVAC system.

Honest and upfront on complete HVAC system costs and installation details. It has been a long time since I've experienced this level of customer service. I'm a business owner for 35 years and I can honestly say I was impressed by their professionalism and care they took while in my home.

James came out to assess our situation with the HVAC ductwork. He looked, assessed, took pictures and provided us with an explanation of what the problem was. He had an estimate for us right on the spot. No waiting and job was to be performed the very next day. The job was completed just as we were told. Everything went great! The crew; Ty, Chris, Ambrose and the other , name starts with a B..were very hard working and professional. We are very pleased with the whole process, from start to finish. Thanks Rogue Valley HCE!

Initially, I was impressed by Joe’s professional approach and attention to detail when he came to look at my project. And I am very pleased with the work of the electricians, Matt and Gabe. All the wiring, conduit, light switches and plugs can hardly be see on my brand new pergola. Wonderful job! Thank you!

Across two separate service calls (one repair, one maintenance), this company's techs were excellent. Mario helped with our repair issue. He diagnosed it very quickly and efficiently, solving the issue with the wiring and configuration of a newly installed thermostat. Matt helped with our maintenance service. He was also skilled and courteous as well. Both techs were friendly, professional and talented.

Scott was amazing real knowledgeable of his job and really easy to talk to and ask questions definitely will be asking for him personally next time I have problems
