Codey arrived promptly and made the necessary repairs to our A/C system. He knew exactly what to do. He explained the problem clearly so we could understand what happened, and quickly got our air conditioning up and running.

Vincent did a wonderful job with our electrical installation. He even discovered a few unforeseen problems and fixed them for us! All around a pleasure to work with and we hope to see him again.

Wonderful. Joey came sooner than the original scheduled time of appointment but always let us know with an update when he would be here. He was very thorough and completed the repair work in a timely manner.

Mario , very nice guy , very professional and explained issues very well , left me with some issues that I should have repaired pretty soon , preventing an issue later . He was professional and helpful, explaining what he was doing and why. In the end, Joey outlined the maintenance and repairs that may be needed in the future, and noted these. It was a 100 degree day. The temperature in the attic had to be horrible. But they got the job done, with courtesy and great attitudes. It was a all around great experience. Showed up on time and was very professional.

Friendly, efficient and really well priced. Had a new bathroom exhaust vent installed & they cut in to my drywall which other companies said I would need to hire a separate drywall person to extend the hole. Very happy with my experience, they will be my contact for all electrician needs moving forward.

Jakob did an outstanding job repairing our HVAC system. He was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about everything that needed to be done. What really stood out was that he stayed late on a Friday evening to make sure the repair was completed instead of leaving us without air. Very happy with Rogue Valley Heating Cooling and Electrical. Less was my technician today and he was super nice and very thorough with my equipment. He was very considerate of my home and was nice to my dog. They called me to remind me that I should have service soon, which for me is great because it’s easy for me to forget. Less also let me know when he was on the way. All great elements that add up to a great service. Thank you!!

Rogue Valley Heating, Cooling and Electrical provides wonderful customer service. I had a weird happening with my cooling system and Justin came out and did a complete inspection. All is good and my system is running perfectly. He also gave me some good pointers on how I can make my system more efficient and I appreciate his knowledge.

I was able to get an appointment quickly, and jd was very nice and helpful. He checked our electrical system and assured us the system was safe and built to code. *** update: Their sales division seems less wonderful than their tech side. High pressure, high prices. But I’m keeping this at five stars because they do a great job with maintenance. The techs that come to my house are very professional and thorough. They explain things well and they’re patient if I have questions. Very nice employees. They discuss my options so I know how I can save money and what the risks are. They take pictures of everything so I can see what the issues are inside the system. The office is run well, organized and responsive. It’s easy to get an appointment and they always get here on time. I have a plan where they come out every six months. It’s only $200 every year or two, I think it’s worth it. I highly recommend these guys!

Our AC happened to go out in the middle of the night and we didn't notice until it started getting warmer gradually throughout the day. Our normal place wanted to wait days, but we called Rogue Valley Heating and they were here the SAME DAY. Mario was Our technician and had the problem diagnosed and repaired in less than 30 minutes. Super friendly, professional, and fast. Highly recommend you call them if you have any issues. 5 out 5 stars!!!

We had the unfortunate situation of our HVAC go out over the weekend of 4th of July. Rogue Valley Heating and Air answered our call on a holiday weekend, and were able to get a technician to come out to our house by the following Monday. Jordan Vasquez was our technician, he was kind, professional, and got our unit up and running in less than an hour (it was over 85 degrees in our house). We are so grateful to be cooling down as we speak. We’ll definitely call them again if needed!

One of our vacation rentals AC unit went out late at night on 4th of July holiday weekend. I called Rogue Valley Heating & Air at 7:30am on a Sunday and was greeted by not only a REAL person but a delightful and thoughtful woman by the name of Becky. She was kind, compassionate and had there technician, Scott, at our property within the hour. The unit required a new capacitor of which, Scott installed in a flash. He was fantastic, knowledgeable and probably one of the funniest men I've met in a long time. He took what started out as a stressful event and turned it into a delightful morning. Their services were very fairly priced to boot. What a terrific experience! Thank you Rogue Valley Heating & Air. Well done!
