David Medina and Justin serviced our heat pump today. They were very thorough and explained everything they did. I highly recommend Rogue Valley Heat & Air.

I would like to request service tech David Medina for all of my annual inspections and any repairs when needed. Not only does he have a high level of professionalism he takes the time to explain what is being done and how to keep our system from problems.

I had a regular maintenance appointment. Ryan was professional even with giving me bad news. I have a small leak that requires a replacement part. Parts are on order and will be repaired soonest. Got to admit all Rogue Valley Heating and Cooling employees I have had interaction with are courteous - the main thing I trust them to do good work and in my home.

Ryan was very kind and explained the issue clearly and concisely. He was able to repair and fix the issue quickly.

Matthew romaine came out to do the preventative maintenance on my equipment today. He was prompt and very professional while he was here. He turned out to be a good salesman also!!! I am going to add extra protection to my unit. Thanks matt.

We were impressed by his knowledge, cleanliness, and professional mannerism. He explained everything up front and throughout the service in terms we could understand.

The price is for the original maintenance, adding a surge device to the outdoor unit, and setting up twice a year maintenance plan.

I want to thank everyone that facilitated a quick process of getting a new HVAC system. Shane came and worked up a bid and had them here the next day to install. When your furnace dies at the end of December you want heat in a hurry. Tony and Kyle did just that, they were friendly and professional. Last but certainly not least is Dave he not only put in a new switch but also repaired a GFC receptacale for me.

I recently purchased a heating / air conditioning system from rogue valley heating and was pleasantly surprised. every person I spoke with was kind, professional, patient, very patient and competent. they defused a somewhat frightening situation and made the whole thing better. I'll never go anywhere else.

Great job of entire HVAC system install and upgrade. Alex, Daniel, Miles, Bryan and David were very thorough in explaining our new system and upgrades. Jakob and Justin did great job checking our original system out and making us aware of costs and safety concerns. Also Quincy did an excellent job in providing choices for the new system. We have great faith in Rogue Valley Heating, Cooling & Electrical services.

Professional and very courteous

I contacted Rogue Valley Heating, Cooling & Electrical because my ductless unit was making a loud, helicopter-like rattling sound. From the start, communication was clear, arrival timing was well handled, and they were flexible when I needed a little extra time.

Rusty and Pedro were excellent. They quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained what was going on. My system is older and somewhat unique, and Rusty’s depth of knowledge with older ductless systems really stood out—he’ll definitely be my preferred technician going forward. Pedro was attentive, professional, and learning from a great example; it’s clear he’s on track to be an excellent technician as well.

They worked cleanly, were respectful of my home, friendly and enjoyable to interact with, and best of all—the issue was fully resolved. Highly recommend. Above & beyond service & kindness.

Tony, Alex P, Ty, and Kyle installed a new HVAC system at my home. They were very professional, gave great service, and were very polite. I would most definitely recommend!

I have no complaints with this company. They were able to get to my house within days( would have been sooner but didn't fit my schedule) Jordan was my technician and he was polite and friendly. He answered all my questions and let me know exactly what he was doing and trying to figure out the problem. He will have to return with the new part. I definitely recommend them!

Tony and Kyle were very nice 👌. They got right to work and answered questions we had. They cleaned up (and it was a mess) but they left it very tidy. I would recommend their work to anyone.

Ryan was super thorough and efficient. He found the issue and unfortunately our unit needed replaced due to lack of maintenance. Super respectful and kind. I always appreciated these guys. No BS They tell you exactly what it is you need and your options available.

Rogue Valley HVAC is a very professional and dependable company I receive bi-annual maintenance service from.
I was so impressed with Jayce, the tech that serviced my unit Dec 23rd. He did a very thorough inspection. He took the extra time to clearly explain his findings. He truly has extensive knowledge in HVAC. I trusted his recommendation for the needed repair.
I was given a detailed report, including pictures, at completion. I highly recommend Rogue Valley HVAC and will continue my service with only them.

Fast response super customer service I will have came back when needed. David was professional and knew what he was doing im very happy and warm. P s they are also very cost effective.

Ben was my service technician today on December 22, 2025. He was respectful and very thorough in servicing the HVAC system. He fully explained to me what he did, how the system operates and any thing he thought would be of benefit to our home. He mentioned getting an additional component to cut down on allergens and a Halo to sanitized the home, which I will highly consider having installed in about 3-5 months as it sounds very beneficial. A big thank you to RVHA for following up on my prepaid service and to Ben, he also petted my puppy to make her feel at ease.

Joey was very helpful and professional. I believe Joey was very througho in presenting me with the necessary information including photos of the issues, in taking time to explain all of my options in order for me to make a well informed decision.
Joey did not make me feel rushed, or pressured in anyway.

Ryan is amazing!

Alex and Ty arrived on time and we’re very courteous and kind. They installed the new unit very quickly and efficiently. they were here for less time that was originally quoted so they were fast and efficient. The install went perfectly with what I assume was no problems because I never heard from them. Those two were very professional and did an excellent job with the installation. They also cleaned up everything behind themselves. It was a pleasure working with those two!

Was visiting my Dad in Azalea when his heating system quit working. Rogue Valley Heating was amazing and scheduled Codey to repair the Heat Pump system. Codey was amazing! So courteous and respectful when discussing with my Dad that system gets stressed/over worked if he frequently (daily) changes the thermostat setting from low 60* to mid 80*. Codey got our system back on-line in less than 30mins. We've had no issues with it since.

David came to my house and did a very thorough job testing my ductless system. He took the time to explain everything that was going on with my ductless heating and cooling unit. He did a great job explaining what was wrong and the tests he did to find the issues. He also gave me a complete quote on the cost to fix my system.

Upgraded to a semi annual maintenance program to ensure both my heating and air conditioning systems will provide the comfort we need in both winter and summer conditions. Our service technician, David was very thorough and knowledgeable in the HVAC business.

Justin was very thorough and kept me very well informed through the maintenance process. He was also extremely patient with my overly curious toddler! If you get Justin during your maintenance, you’ll be very lucky!
