Great service, very friendly

Had issues with our A/C. Joey called ahead, came on time, was courteous, and explained the issues clearly. The A/C works great now. Highly recommended.

We have had issues with our A/C for months! Had a technician out 3 times before and every time we were told our system was working as it should. No fault of the previous technicians, but we were at a complete loss and felt like we were going crazy because we knew something was wrong, and couldn’t understand why no one could find the issue. Then we meet Ryan, he shows up, does his checks, speaks with us about everything we’re experiencing, goes outside for a bit and comes back with a solution! We finally know the issue thanks to Ryan! Ryan if you see this, thank you so much for your time and effort in helping us! We appreciate you!

Mario came over to service my AC and Heating and did a great job. Very personable and kind, he did great and quick work and communicated expertly!

Joey came out and fixed our AC today. I’ve hired these guys to do all the work for me over the last few years. Happy with the outcomes! Also, customer service-phone calls are answered by a real person!

Everything went perfectly from start to finish. RV Heating & AC continues to earn our trust and our business. We had to replace all ducts under the house due to rodent damage. Ty, Miles and Bryer worked a very long day to get it all done. These guys knew what to do and how to do it. Great teamwork. They were very respectful and cleaned everything up at the end. Everyone we’ve dealt with at RV Heating has been great. Highly recommend.

Matt Romaine came out today to perform a routine maintenance. He did a great job answering our many questions and explaining more about the maintenance program we have with Rogue Valley Heating & Cooling. Matt is very knowledgeable. We highly recommend him!

Scott was a true professional. Relatable, honest, thorough and efficient. We felt good about every aspect of the service he provided.

Dylan, Victor, Ty, Kyle, Brier were all fantastic in replacing our system. We also appreciate Mario for his troubleshooting and James for guiding through our inevitable purchase. We were given the option to repair as opposed to a new system but ultimately decide on a new system due the age of our old one. We greatly appreciate the speed of service. We went from no A/C to a brand new double install within 24 hours. I can’t say enough good things about these guys!

Our installation of a new air conditioner and furnace went quickly. Dylan, Victor and Briar were thorough and very efficient. They cleaned up everything after the installation and explained the new system.

Jakob did a great job in explaining / showing what his inspection and maintenance on our HVAC system included, as well recommended service that may be needed in the future. He was extremely friendly, polite and professional. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience with Jakob and Rogue Valley Heating & Cooling!

I can’t say enough nice things about Rogue Valley heating. They came so quickly when my AC conked out on the hottest days we’ve had this summer. The personnel was very friendly and helpful and had a new unit in for me the next day. What a wonderful experience
