Rusty called to notify me of his arrival time. His communication skills are great. He explained things to me in a manner that I understood. And he answered my MANY questions. I will request him for next year's maintenance on my heating and air conditioning system. He went above and beyond what most would have done.

Friendly and helpful, even made friends with my cat! As always, top notch, friendly service. Taylor spent his afternoon making sure everything was ready to roll for the hot summer. He patiently answered questions, and was polite and efficient.

We had David Medina out to do our annuals on our furnace and our heat pump. Clean, professional and actually a lil early. Was able to get everything done in a very timely manner. Found a few issues with the equipment and made it easy to help us work on getting everything repaired. And he had Brent. A design specialist stop by and is helping us prepare on replacing our old units. We have these guys out every year. And they are always a pleasure no matter who shows up

The technicians were friendly on time and explained what they were doing the every step of the way. I highly recommend this company. also, this last time I had a problem with my system it was in the 30s. I called these guys and they were there within a couple hours and had us back up and running and we are clear out and Cave Junction. These are the only guys we will use.!

David Medina did a great job during my service appointment today! I work from home and he was extremely respectful of the environment while working on my heat pump system. He was punctual, explained everything he was doing during the service, the necessary repairs and costs, and before he left, he made sure to leave my home looking like he'd never been there. He had an extremely friendly attitude, answered all of my questions, and provided me with detailed information about my service and additional ways to contact him if needed. Thank you David for being a true professional!

Installers Alex, Daniel and Austin have restored my faith in a “respectable work ethic.” First they had me show them placement areas for new equipment, crawl space to the attic and old oil furnace to be removed. The team moved furniture (moved back when finishing), laid drop cloths and gave my dog some attention. They were courteous and efficient!! I would definitely recommend RV Heating, Cooling and Electrical. NOTE…Tyler,who sold me the unit, stopped by to chat and see if I had any other questions.

Mario was great. He was on time, called before arrival, went right right to work and really knew what he was doing. Even though he’s young, his good trade school education came through. He answered all of my questions, and went over the reports with me.

David Medina did a great job. He was on time, explained how and what he was going to do. The inspection and preventative maintenance was very thorough and in the end I got a printable summary with details on equipment status, adjustments made, and recommended next steps.

Both Brent and Ryan were great! Ryan was thorough in assessing the problem and explaining options. As we asked questions, they were patiently answered. They were not hurried. Brent explained all options in detail, thereby helping us make an informed choice. Great resource s for your company.

1st thing I will say is … Great business! Thank you Rogue Valley. Initial instal was not without its challenges; they needed to come back to the house and make some adjustments for various reasons. However, that is what makes their business special.They stuck with, it while working around our schedule, and made certain the new heat pump was installed at its optimum efficiency prior to calling the initial install complete. Every step of the way, the entire team was great to work with. Brent, in sales, is knowledgeable, patient, professional and prompt. The instal team (Marcus, Alex, Angel, Marco, Rico and David) were all respectful, kind, professional and eager to do what ever it took to do the job right. They would NOTaccept no less than the absolute best set up for our budget and heating/cooling demand. If you are looking for a great team of installers, look no further. These guys are top shelf.

We have an older heat pump that was original to our 2003 home. We do not have the budget to replace it in the near future. Ben from Rogue Valley Heating & Air was very informative and helpful to provide maintenance. We will definitely use them in the future. Thank you for the great service…
