What a great company! Starting with our first phone call to Rogue Valley Heating, Cooling & Electrical - Greta was a delight to talk to. We had an immediate need and she worked to get us scheduled. The great service continue all the through to our repair technician Matt. He was thorough in completing an install of required venting. Matt also did a complete inspection and diagnostic of our HVAC equipment. He took plenty of time to go over his findings so we could fully understand +/- of maintaining our equipment especially for summer. He was personable and professional as well as being a very nice young man. We are so happy that we made a call to RVHC&E. We highly recommend putting them on speed dial 😃 for any future needs you may have. They get an A+ from us.

I had Mario from rogue valley come out to service my heat pump today. Not only did he keep my system nice and clean but he even opened some jars and changed my smoke alarm batteries. Please send Mario again!!!

Tony and Jamie arrived about 7:45am this morning and finished around 4:30pm. They did a fantastic job on my unit. It was 88 degrees when they finished, by 8pm it was around 81 and felt great . Thanks for all your help in setting up our thermostat.

The company and every team member I spoke with and met made upgrading our HVAC system a positive experience. Grant and James were excellent during the initial consult, explaining options, answering questions, and designing a system to update our previous one that was no longer cooling the house adequately. The installation team - Tony, Randy, and Micheal -were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They did an exceptional job removing the old equipment and installing the new system. Their communication, timeliness, and dedication to completing the job with quality work was evident throughout the process. I’m grateful for their expertise! The new system works incredibly well, and I’m quite happy with the upgrade and experience overall. Thank you!

These guys are the professionals! Daniel, Miles, Kyle, and Chris were refreshingly prompt, knowledgeable, and worked their tails off to make sure our extensive repair was done well and quickly. Verifying for sure our home was well taken care of during the heat of summer! They went the extra mile and stayed after to verify that it would be more than satisfactory after the work was done. OMG. These guys are freaking AWESOME. We had to have the HVAC replaced in our apartment. Didn't even take a full day. Kyle, Alex, and Matt are total pros. Explained everything, showed us how to use the smart thermostat, and cleaned everything up. We'll never use anybody except Rogue Valley Heating.

Our HVAC went out, and we needed a whole new system installed. When it was time for installation the guys showed up on time and got it done and installed before dinner. Dylan and Victor, were here all day and it was hot hot hot outside and inside but come 5pm, the house was cool again. Thanks for the help guys!!
