What an awesome team you have from the customer service answering the phone to your excellent technicians! Taylor gave our old cooling and heating system a superb review and cleanup. After completing a very thorough job with the system, he did an excellent job explaining its current condition and how to maintain it. Taylor rocks!

Brian did a great job! He exxplained what he was doing and why in terms I could understand. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He even called the office to verify some things other people had told me.

Quick and perfeshional service. Leslie was very knowledgeable and happy to explain issues we were having with hvac system. He was able to make necessary adjustments and reset system. Had it back working like it should in a very short time. Thanks

David was friendly and professional, answered all of our questions patiently, and even found issues about our original install that could be fixed under warranty. We are very pleased with our service yesterday.

I was really impressed with the included service check on my 1yr old furnace. Totally expected to be sold filters or something but they have a detailed test suite and sent detailed results directly after. Great for piece of mind on the investment

Many thanks to the folks in Customer Service at Rogue Valley Heating, Cooling & Electrical this morning. I had to replace the batteries in my wall thermostat and the program did not return after replacement. They worked with me on the phone and when that did not bring back the program they arranged for a technician to get to my house within 30 minutes. A very caring company!

Updated review 1/22/26: Still would give the team at this company 5 stars! Just wanted to specify that the installation team (Tony, Ty, and Miles) were absolutely wonderful and quick at swapping out our system. They also took the extra time to clean up the space in our attic and make everything look tidy. Tony was great at communicating updates throughout the day and gave me a thorough walk through of how to use our new thermostat. Also wanted to include that Craig made the purchasing process super easy and he clearly communicated all of our options when we were looking for a replacement system. This company is respectful and trustworthy, and I am glad we went with them for our HVAC needs!

Joey W. was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient at looking at and cleaning up our system. We originally had him out for a maintenance check (first time since buying our home), and he was able to identify issues he was seeing with our unit and made recommendations. He also documented everything he saw with before-and-afters of all the work he performed in cleaning up our unit. He went the extra step and got us set up with someone else at Rogue Valley Heating and Cooling same day to provide us with a replacement quote since our system was end of life. We look forward to working with Joey and his team in the future as we trust their professionalism and helpfulness!

Ben did a great job cleaning my two ductless units today. My units are manufactured by Senville, and they are taken apart differently than more common manufacturers in this area. Ben was able to figure it out, and he took the initiative to use my pressure washer to get things extra clean. I’ll make sure to have my portable pressure washer handy every time Rogue Valley Heating, Cooling, and Electrical comes out 👍

The service was great. Mario was easy to communicate with and was able to locate and fix the issue in a timely manner.

Mario was on site when he said he would be there. He was very thorough in his efforts to diagnose the problem with my heat pump and to provide potential solutions for the same. Ultimately, after determining that the unit was at the end of its life, he contact his office and was able to provide me with several bids to replace the unit. Mario was very personable and respectful, and I enjoyed our interaction during this process very much.

Matthew is the best he went above and beyond to make sure our units are operating correctly..Very courteous and professional at all times..

Joe was en extreme pro. Very thorough, and knowledgeable. Pleasure having him help us out.

Mario did a fantastic job. He was professional, hardworking, courteous, and straightforward. He stayed late to help me with my bathroom exhaust fan and ended up making several more helpful observations and recommendations for my household. I would be happy to have him come back again. I highly recommend.

We had a routine inspection, cleaning,and tune up scheduled. Mario immediately determined something was not right with the furnace and further determined it was leaking co2 into the attic space and was running hot to the touch. Apossi le fire hazard. He did good job of breaking the news to us but more importantly may of saved us from a sleep from which we would never wake up. Thank you Mario, chalk it us to a possible life saving inspection.

Service good but time for appointment was 11 and he did not arrive until 3. Both the office and he notified me of delay and thankfully I had no other plans. Hire more techs.
