Update: Steven from RVHC was fantastic, it was late afternoon on a Saturday of all days Aug 2025 when we discovered a problem with our furnace he actually showed up very professional and happy to serve even after beginning his day at 6:30 am you would have thought you were his first customer of the day let alone traveling early evening to be here. Steven shared the cause and provided the solution which was a replacement part he in fact had in his truck, he fixed the issue and provided us preventive care to perform in the future he also provided a service agreement option and its features and benefits to us the customer.
