Jakob Blacksmith was an excellent technician! He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and detailed! Jakob reviewed in detail with pictures the maintenance performed in the attic and outside of our HVAC unit. Very efficient, capable and personable! Jakob recommended adding insulation in our attic, which has been missing for years creating high electrical bills! We took his advice and the installation was done the following day🥰We look forward to having Jakob as our technician in the future for our maintenance!
