*** update: Their sales division seems less wonderful than their tech side. High pressure, high prices. But I’m keeping this at five stars because they do a great job with maintenance.
The techs that come to my house are very professional and thorough. They explain things well and they’re patient if I have questions. Very nice employees. They discuss my options so I know how I can save money and what the risks are. They take pictures of everything so I can see what the issues are inside the system.
The office is run well, organized and responsive. It’s easy to get an appointment and they always get here on time.
I have a plan where they come out every six months. It’s only $200 every year or two, I think it’s worth it. I highly recommend these guys!
