Taylor was amazing. I told him I was smelling gas for years but no one took me seriously. He checked with his bubble device and sure enough GAS and lots of it. A gold cap was missing on the gas valve. His partner went to the shop and got one. They put it on and no more gas leak. Thank you guys for the great service

You guys are the best!!! My heater died on Friday night...of course...ALWAYS on the weekend. I called and Jay called me back in less than 2 minutes. I decided to have him come out on Saturday morning. It was 49 degrees in my house that morning. After assessing the "damage" to the heater, I decided to have a whole new heater/ac system installed to replace my 24+ year old system that has been nickle and diming me the past 3 years. So Brent came out that same Saturday morning and went over my options. They came out Monday morning and had the whole new Carrier system installed.!!! They even had to custom build an enclosure for the heater since it was a little larger than the old one . It came out beautifully! It is so incredibly quiet and my walls don't rattle anymore from the old blower motor. Soooo happy to be warm again and can't wait to test out the new AC this summer! Thank you ALL that came out in the freezing 34 degree weather and made this happen for me. I truly appreciate the fabulous customer service and expertise!!

We had a new gas furnace and AC unit installed last week by Rogue Valley and these guys are great. Thursday Codey came out and explained everything going on. Brent came out same day to give an estimate, answer all our questions and found us discounts! 8 am Monday morning Alex, Cobi and David were here and went right to work installing new units. These guys answered questions, explained everything, were courteous, even found some not so great previous installations and got them sorted out for us. Didn't meet the electrician but thank you to him also. And they cleaned up afterwards! These guys put in a very long day and didn't leave until all our questions were answered and explained everything they did for us. Will use only them from now on. Thank you Rogue Valley
